Great store for a variety of animal feed and products. Cute outdoor decor. Power tools and outdoor tools of all kinds. Helpful and friendly staff. Cheaper alternative to buying propane as they fill your tank so you aren't wasting any propane.

When the store manager is telling customers they don't have time to be answering questions and to just Google it you might as well just start using Amazon for your needs. This place has absolutely gone downhill. Customer service complaints have gotten people nowhere. Us local farmers have started going out of town to rural king.

Called to ask for a deck belt, too old to have a model number, confirmed they carry it with another location, was told they could not help me without a SKU. Went into the store, found exactly what I was looking for, was told I didn’t give correct information (not the case). Donald and amber both have attitudes over the phone and in person. Terrible customer service. Do better.
