The local Post Office offers walk-in passport services, and while the atmosphere is generally nice and the facility is clean, the staff can be a mixed bag, with some being respectful and others less so. Mistakes can happen, but USPS strives to handle issues professionally and without making it personal.

I HAVE HAD GOOD N BAD. STAFF HAS BEEN RESPECTFUL, JUST CANT GET RESOLVED.. ITS NOT THIER FAULT FOR SOMEONE ELSES ACTIONS. MISTAKES HAPPEN ITS NOT PERSONAL BUT BE LITTLE MORE CAREFUL WITH OTHERS MAIL.

I gave them 3 stars bc the atmosphere is nice, the facility is clean, but the employees are 50/50, 50% friendly, 50% rude as it gets
