We have all of our insurance with VanVleet Insurance, which has an excellent reputation in our community. Everyone there is very trustworthy, helpful, and kind. They really know all about insurance, and the cost is very reasonable.We receive terrific customer service from Bradley Clark. Bradley is very knowledgeable and explains everything well to me, and he is very friendly and easy to talk to. Bradley is always in a cheerful mood and really cares about his clients!We have dealt with Kyle Zajdel for many years in the past for our company's health insurance, and he spent a lot of time finding the right group plan for us each year, and then explaining it all to me and our employees. He was always available to answer questions, and he guided us well. He is such a nice, kind, knowledgeable man. Kyle Dafler also was helpful with our short term disability.Loni has helped our sons with their short term insurance. She has explained everything well and gets them signed up timely. She went the extra mile by helping my husband and me learn about the Marketplace insurance even though she cannot sell it.I have all positive and grateful things to say about VanVleet Insurance. They have a wonderful staff which is just as out-going, knowledgeable, and kind as the VanVleet family! Also, VanVleet Insurance is very supportive in our community, which means a lot!

Carolyn is a phenomenal agent and spent so much time with us over the phone, through email, and in person to make sure we were getting the right coverage to meet all of our needs. A process which we dreaded going through, was made so simple and convenient..we are so grateful we made the switch!

Peggy my late wife and I have trusted the team at VanVleet inRichmond, IN for years. Not once did we ever give a moment’s thought toward changing from them to another company.The company covered our needs and have always been there for personal service and support. They helped me when my wife died three years and helped to clarify my thinking so I stayed on track as I moved forward.They were there for me as I had my truck repaired from a fender bender.They have shown me that so am more to them than just another account.My insurance costs are so reasonable too. I have been a satisfied customer for 20+ years. I moved away from Richmond 10+ years ago but kept my policies with Van Vleet because of their exceptional customer service. On more than one occasion they provided guidance that helped me get the best possible value from their services, which is something that I believe sets them apart as an insurance provider.

I have been using VanVleet for over 20 years and highly recommend their amazing service. I have utilized their policies for both home and vehicles from lightening and hail damage to fender-benders. I have no complaints and found their responses claims and services to best ever. Two thumbs up from me and well deserved 5 stars.
