I don't particularly like the new layout of the registers, and I feel like prey being stalked by predators sometimes when using self checkout but not always! LOL... Unfortunately, I understand the reasons why but I still don't like it!!

Store employees lack any will to actually help customers on the floor or at registers, usually semi clean store, diapers and pull ups NEVER in stock which is a huge issue, honestly a give and take experience here

Automotive Center is worthless. Went in there at 1:45 for an oil change and free rotate and balance. We were told about twenty minutes for the oil change and forty minutes for the rotate and balance. We walked around the store for an hour and came back. They were just pulling our vehicle out of the oil change bay. There were four staff members huddled around talking, instead of working. One woman, who had already been waiting two hours, sat there wondering why her car sat in that bay for so long, just to have one new tire put on. I told her that it was one of two things, laziness or incompetence. I knew that four employees in the garage were more than enough for the amount of work they had. She was the only one in front of us and after she was done, they pulled someone in who had bought four new tires while we were in the waiting area instead of doing our rotate and balance. We were now done! Between my husband and I, we have 75+ years experience in the automotive service industry and we’ve never seen so many employees doing nothing, with the exception of the desk clerk. It’s not like it was 90 degrees outside. There was simply no excuse!

0 stars tire center workers lazy first car there just needed tire censor replaced was there for 2 hrs never got to my car set there for 30 minutes with no cars in got my keys and left do not recommend Walmart in Richmond Indiana tire center for nobody

The deliveries are retarded! We placed an express delivery June 25th 2024 paid extra for express 2-3 hour’s delivery window. Order was specified as delayed delivery since Junes 25th now it’s June 26th 2024 at 12 pm My wife just off the phone with an employee and they said our order is ready for delivery no one has picked it up to deliver. We will not be using Walmart+ any more after this. We will use Instacart. Ridiculous that no one is picking up our delivery. Are people lazy?
