I would not recommend them to anyone. They told me they were signing me up for a Rep Payee account with no issues. They made copies of all my documents and then they started questioning me on if I had any family or friends to list as references to bank there. I told them they did not tell me I would need references. They told me they could still sign me up for an account. Then they left the office and came back to tell me I would have to open a separate checking account for them to create the Rep Payee account. They should have given me that information before telling me they could create the account and making copies of my documents. It was completely unprofessional.

Our family has recently been going through a lot and we have had such good luck with 3Rivers. They have been so kind and helpful with various needs and requests, especially Lindsley! She has made my life so much easier these past few months by being kind and following through on what she says she is going to do. I've experienced great communication from her/the bank and would recommend them to anyone.

My 4th home purhcase and easily the worse lender experience I've ever had. I specifically asked if they could do a VA loan - they assured me they could. Turns out they weren't familiar with the process, shopped it out to a 3rd party, missed two closing dates and the costs came in higher than the estimate. And no discernible effort to make any of it right. I couldn't get out of the actual closing fast enough. The real rub was that a month later the loan was sold to a lender I've previously used and never had an issue with. I should have stuck with them - less headache and better customer service. I can't recommend the company for any banking needs, and urge people to explore other options.

If I could give less than a star I would!!!! I went in to open an account and the teller was so rude and condescending to me that I just left. Even my step daughters were asking why she was so rude to me. If that’s how a credit union treats potential customers, I’ll stick with a traditional bank.

I received a text message from them telling me that my checking account has been closed due to fraudulent transactions. I have never had an account with this bank. I am sure that it is a scam.Nice try!

They take an overdraft fee to make you account overdraft thats what they do to me quite frequently when I first started banking with them I thought they were a good bank now I'm having second thoughts

I was a WestEnd customer for 5 years before it was sold to 3rivers. I closed my account today because I had fraudulent charges on my card. Started right when they took over . They won't give me my money back . They say that I should of noticed it quicker . How when my account got switched over and couldn't even see my account for a month ? Plus I have more than one account. Who notices $5 here and there? Not me until it starts to add up.

They collected my personal and banking information for an application and then denied it for being "out of market area". They will not destroy or delete my information. They do not publish membership guidelines. SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.
