Awful people and an awful bank. If you live close by, save yourself the hassle and go with a different bank. I had an account for around a week, got flagged 5 times for fraud and spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to get access to my card again. Horrible service experience. I transferred all my money to a different bank and closed it. I will never recommend that place to anyone.

Everytime I go in there to either get change or help with something cause I live right across from it. In rising sun there is this older lady that has been there for yrs and she is not nice at all and us very rude I will not be going back to that bank down here ever again.

Absolutely horrid experience! I will never go back again, I had such a terrible experience that I am moving all of our accounts to a different bank asap!! My family has had multiple occurrences of poor customer service. Do not recommend ever going here!
