My 24” box arrived efficiently and I damaged. I am new to the world of backyard chickens and two weeks ago one of hens started pecking and eating her eggs. After looking at different options, I decided that a roll away nesting box was the way to go. After a lot of research and watching & reading a lot of reviews on different products, I decided to go with the Hengear product. I love the fact that it is made in the USA an also supports a family farm plus the product seemed to have a ton of great reviews. Assembly was easy and the instructions were clear. I plan to place it in my hoop coop tomorrow and get the training process started!

Ordered the Solar Panel and still have not received it. Check tracking and it was sent to California not Colorado. Contacted Customer Service and they want to wait a couple weeks to see if it gets to Colorado. Not happy at all I’m stuck with paying for something they shipped it and it’s lost and they want to wait to see if it shows up all the while I’m out both product and money

Overall a nice box, but our eggs don't roll down as they should. They tend to get stuck in the curtain. Tried to email and call CS and got no real solution other then to troubleshoot some stuff that sounds unreasonable. Be aware if you have issues you are on your own to solve the problem

Nice company, but it took a long time to assemble the nest box when it arrived. I recommend having a preassembled option.

Very Nice and convenient, not to mention the professional look it give out. We bought to 6 ft nest boxes. Only thing I'm worried about is they are not using them yet it's been 3 days. But they are barely starting to lay not sure if they will eventually go in or what but noticed they just peck at the red flaps but never go in. Any idea of why or is it they are just starting to lay and are not used to nest boxes yet any info would help thank you in advance.

Tried to set-up the Autoroost I bought but the device is not working even after charging as instructed. Called customer service, left a voice message. Sent 2 emails. No response! Disappointing.

My chicken nest arrived 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. It was super easy to put together. I like the eggs roll downward so our girls cannot reach them. I have washed the liner. It was so easy to hose it off and dried quickly.
Our girls took to the nest quickly. A few started laying eggs on the floor but it didn't take long for them to start using the nest.

Super fast shipping!! Great Product, I replaced the old style nest boxes with HENGEAR. The hens took right to it. The eggs are staying clean. This allows us to keep the bloom on the eggs for better eggs! Customer service has been great too. I emailed them with a question and I got a response within 24 hours. YOU WON”T BE DISAPPOINTED!

I disagree, Hens still get to the eggs and eat them. Needs to roll the eggs farther away and maybe drop the level of the rollout gate.
