Every single bite of food was absolute perfection, and until you eat at Joseph Decuis, where even a simple carrot is a joy to consume, it's hard to understand just what perfections means. Absolutely outstanding experience.

Location, ambiance and service were excellent. Salads missed the mark a bit (combinations of flavors left them a bit sour), coconut shrimp and accompanying rice were burnt black, and steaks appeared to be strip rather than ribeye (almost no marbling).
Farm to Fork foods raised at our very own farm! We raise and serve Wagyu, Mangalitsa and much of our Seasonal produce. We serve fine wines and spirits, local craft beer and phenomenal food. The restaurant has several dining areas available: a beautiful restored bank building, a private Boardroom w/art gallery , Chairman's table, the conservatory and our exclusive Chefs counter seating. Outdoor dining available weather permitting.
