On the advice of a friend we came to Southwest. Brandon and Haley ask us what we were looking for all of which were awesome.We picked one out went through paperwork with Haley and bought a vehicle. They were most helpful,considerate and easy to work with. This was the easiest and most pleasant automobile experience we have ever had. I would recommend anyone to come out Southwest and talk with them. Thank you Brandon and Haley.

DO NOT buy from this place. I was interested in a car they had for sale that I found online. I live 2 hours away so I called to inquire before making the trip. I specifically asked Sonny (salesman) about the specifics of the car. Any damage? Any issues I should know about? He assured me it was in GREAT condition. Admitted to 2 accidents but it has since been repaired. Drove 2 hours there to fine the car had slicks for tires, brakes that were shot, a hole in the bumper that THEY filled in with calk because the hole was in their show room pictures online, but then magically was white calk in it when I show up, back light was shattered along with not being detailed or remotely clean. Car was FILTHY. I would have left at that point but I couldnt find this car/model anywhere within 500+ miles, so we persisted in getting the issues taken care of so we could purchase. I was promised a good detail, new tires and brakes, bumper fix/paint and a new rear light. After waiting WEEKS for them to finish the work in which i received lies the entire time about things being ordered/fxed, etc, I show up to the lot after they told me it was ready to go to find a broken rear light (broken in different area) and condensation in light. In which Sonny lies to me again, ASSURING me it was a new light. After days of that lie he admitted it was a used light. Car was not detailed. Or even attempted to be detailed. It had visible dirt you could wipe away on drivers door. Half the brakes were done. We were told the back brakes were not necessary. it did have new tires on it. I was not satisfied with the car and they knew that but my heart was set on it, so I purchased it. I was given a due bill at purchase that states they would buy NEW light and ship to me because I am not driving 2 hours to deal with this place again. Fast forward almost a month and I am STILL waiting on a light. No one will give me a tracking number or invoice that it was even ordered. I have also found many other things wrong with the car that I will need to get fixed. This car lot does ZERO inspections on the cars they sell. They LOVE to bad mouth all the car dealers in town at your visits also. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. They are CROOKED!!!!

bought a car and drove it for a week and a half before engine light came on and transmission started to act up. called same day. they said they couldn’t get me in till the following month. i wait it out while driving my old car. i bring it up to them and 20 minutes after i leave they magically find out what’s wrong with my transmission and they say i need a whole new transmission and it’ll be 4,300. of course they pushed my appointment out to the 30th day, so they can’t cover it. poor service people, really unprofessional. really poor morals all around, i’m 19 buying my first car and they sell me a pos. shows me how they are. never gonna give them business again.

The appointment time was honored. Service was performed professionally and in a timely fashion. The final cost was actually less than what was quoted and considerably below other service centers. I'm very well pleased ☺️.

Update: I'm STILL waiting on them to fulfill their "due bill" items for my car. And every time I call I get lies and a run around story. Will probably need to hire an attorney for this nightmare. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

This place is shady. They tried selling me a vehicle that was wrecked 3 times. Seems to be the case with most of their vehicles. Eddie White, the finance manager, is a crook. Tried changing the price on me. They advertised a Nissan for 12,800, but when it financed it was 14,800, and they tried to add a warranty without telling me. I walked out. I've talked to Eddie White before at another dealership. SHADY DUDE.

After requesting more information on a vehicle back on the 29th, I was told that they need to find the vehicle. 6 days later I've gotten numerous responses that they are still trying to find it. I let Sunny know that at this point I didn't think you could find his way out of a wet paper bag more or less a vehicle and that it seems as though I need to purchase one elsewhere...

Bought a car here "as is" in May 2023. A month later, the transmission went out while driving it. We paid to have the car towed to them to "look at." They had it for 9 days, but couldn't find an issue.On the drive home, the transmission went out again. We had it towed to Summit Transmission. They said it needed a whole new transmission and that the fluid was overfilled like someone was trying to cover up the problem.After talking to the GM, Brandon Coratti, he offered to split the cost of a USED Transmission that had 71,000 miles on it for $2,100.We went with a brand new transmission for $2,700 from Summit.I have talked with two mechanics since this purchase who have both said that they have seen MANY vehicles from this dealership with motor or transmission issues. They do not recommend making purchases from them.Southwest Auto did not earn my trust or future business.

BEWARE - Where to start? I'm going to just say DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Save you the headache, pay the EXTRA $ else where.From start to finish it was the worst out of state car buying experience I've had in my entire life. Once they got my deposit, the salesman I was working with Kirt "was too busy" barely answered my emails. I had to reach out to see what was going on. I should've said bye the moment I asked for photos and videos since I wasn't able to come out there, his response was "didn't you see the photos on the website ? We are busy. " But was quick to take my deposit. Also they added extra fee "ceramic coating" which they never asked if I wanted. They will trap you by saying something along the lines "we'll get it nice and ready for you" then when you see the paper work it cost you 1xxx extra. Also they sent paperwork so many times after 2 weeks with no car I called and talked to manager and demanded they remove the fee and or give me my deposit back because obviously they were not trying to sell me a car & I had no car. Wasted my time finally after all this I finally got my car. It was so stressful I will never ever do this again

When my husband and I went to test drive the 2012 Chrysler 200 convertible there was no gas in the gas tank, we could only go down the road a couple of miles. When I turned off the highway to turn around, the brakes were squealing. The salesman said they just replaced the front brakes and it had been setting on the lot ever since. We bought that explanation. But he could have had the service department check them out before we came back to buy the car. Also, there was only ONE key, he gave us a card for ABC Lock and Key to get another key at our expense. The brakes continued to squeal until we replaced the front rotors and both front and back brake pads. Now the air conditioner is not working properly, blows warm air. Took it to a repair shop and the evaporator core is bad, costing us more money and the mechanic said it looked like someone tried to do a temporary fix on it. Now we are having issues with the cruise control. May be small issues to most but you have to ask....would he have let HIS wife drive the car like that. Probably not, he would have fixed the issues first. Moral of the review is.. don't test drive a car unless they put enough gas in it for a proper test drive. I bought the car and it drives really good, but I would NOT have bought it until the issues were fixed first.

I took my car if for a service check and the diagnosed everything that I was concerned about. Kory called me with the details of the diagnosis, she let me know what was covered in my warranty package and what wasn't. I will always choose Southwest auto in the future.

Out of the blue our Equinox needed a battery and alternator. We called Southwest Auto service and Mike was able to get it in extremely fast and fixed before we had any further problems with it.Thank you so much to Southwest Auto for your fast, friendly CARE for us and our Equinox.Larry Weinley
