price of yearly fill doubled, I paid 1/2right away, but late on 2nd half,
and they disconnected me. I paid rest, but they want $250 reconnection fee. Geez, how could and company disconnect heat when its 15 degrees out?

The good folks at Suburban got me hooked up and cooking with gas quickly and efficiently, unlike my previous LP supplier who decided they didn't want my business anymore.

I am disappointed with how I was treated by the staff and the company in general. I have had a number of poor interactions with them. I would not recommend folks use this service. Go with someone local. Just assume that they will reply with a generic, "please contact us" post. There is no point in that. Been round and round with them.

Horrible service. Previous tenant was on the monthly top off plan for years yet they wont let me because im a tenant and not owner. House owner even said fine put it in their name and do the monthly but nope they wont do it. Did not share the estimate of when I would run out of propane so I came home to a cold house not knowing we were near when they thought it would run out. Called ready to pay the emergency fee but even though they are 1 mile down the road wont service for 7-10 days because “our guys will be too tired to add a fill on the day we are in your area” even though they are literally driving past my house daily leaving their location. Why offer emergency fill if you dont honor it? Especially with weekend temps getting below 0° and no other company can fill it because it is a tank rented from you.

Complete horrible service. I have been a customer there for 11+ years. Always COD, I call and pay then they deliver whenever their driver scheduled in my area. No tank rental as long as I get a delivery once a year. Now they call me saying I have a balance?!? I am COD, no way to have a balance I tell them. Now they want to charge me a tank rental fee for a tank that has been there since 1997. They don’t care about their customers one bit! Never will I use them or recommend them. Not to mention their propane prices are thru the roof! I was paying between $800-$900 for 200 gallons. New company is $300 for 200 gallons and no rental fee!

Very unhappy with the fact they set their own price for propane. Today Jan,18 2022 the market is $2.62. They charged me 3.49 before I knew this, they say well that’s what we charge in your area? Are you kidding me?

Their customer service was very hard to communicate with. I never got a straight answer or always got the wrong information. Their field workers were never on time. I had them for over a year for residential propane and was disappointed every time when dealing directly with them.
