“Owner is very friendly, helped me with dealing with my insurance company because they are out of state. They replaced and painted my bumper as well as replaced other parts. Very good paint job, very smooth. Definitely recommend!!”
“So far they have treated me very well! I have not gotten actual work done on my car yet however, I will post another review once I have. I did take my car there foe an appraisal (some little girl decoded to smack my car with her bf's monster truck and flee the scene ? ) so far, they have accommodated me and have been very kind, informative and up front with me, they even took my rental back so I didn't have to go all the way to plymouth again! Hopefully the little girls insurance appraiser makes sure my WHOLE car is covered otherwise I'll be making a couple trips after I go see my lawyer ?, but that has nothing to do with parkway, I digress. I chose parkway bc Ford actually referred me to them, and I trust them a LOT more than that sheisty insurance conpany lol”
