First of all, been going here for years and they always cheat us on our change. Might be only a few pennies but that adds up after weeks, months, years. Especially if they do it to every customer. Also we get 2 different types of cigarettes. Menthol and lights. We ask for 5 each and they say just buy a carton. Aren't cartons all one type?! ????

The new management is just AWESOME!! theyre super friendly n genuinely care for their customers!! They're definitely,, in themselves,, a great improvement to Hot Spot,,but they have also, in the short time they've been there, greatly improved the store as well :) Good job you two!! N thank you!!

Don’t buy batteries here they ALWAYS break after a couple days and they will not replace them or give you a refund. I have bought 5 of them and not one worked past 3 days. Ripping people off!!!

Do not buy any Mr.Fog products from here they are FAKE and can cause harm to you! Buy authentic Mr.Fog products at the smoke shop across from kroger gas station.
