Staff is super friendly! The drive up/picking staff are always really kind. Like most places there are sometimes delays on grocery pickup, but the staffs attitude is always a 10/10

Roaches found in their store, they also have terrible relationships between employees. There is also a severe lack of staff because of these severed ties. Not only that, but a good handful of said employees are rude to customers. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this location, nor applying.

Kroger pickup is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE...after being told it would be later than originally scheduled for pick up (not the first time) I get there, call, rings for 4:30 then someone I'm guessing was customer service lol picks up. I'm like yeah I can't reach anyone in grocery pickup. She says ok I'll let them know. 15 minutes later I call again, same phone ringing foe same amount of time, then a guy answers, says he will check, puts me on hold, never heard anything else...FINALLY a lady that was working the grocery pickup, (she was the only one working grocery pickup) comes to my car and asks if I have an order to pick up. As dumbfounded as I must of looked i said yes...she goes to check...comes out and says it's not ready and will be after 7pm. Mind you I got there at 545...pickup between 5-6. Anyway I'm done with Kroger pickup and will start using Walmart unfortunately but has to be better than this s...show!

I was excited to find what I thought was a good deal for ground turkey. 3 lbs kroger brand for 10 dollars. I bought 2 of them. I got it home. Went to make into burgers to freeze and it was not only very watery but extremely squishy. I called about it and they said it was normal. I have never had that texture before. She said they would make it right if it was sold out of date. It actually had several days to go before sell by date. I froze the burgers and cooked 2 of them a week out and then got really sick. It is not worth getting sick and missing work. I am not only out 20 dollars but a days work and smudge on my attendance record. I will not trust employee again.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Pick-Up and the stores Manager, Mike. When encountering a problem, it’s advisable to avoid Mike, as he appears to lack the knowledge and capability to resolve issues. I was charged more due to their mistake, and they did not provide a satisfactory resolution.
My pickup order, scheduled between 8:00-9:00 PM, was not ready the previous night. I was informed that only minors were working during the pickup hours, and they could not work past 9:00 PM. Placing minors in roles where they cannot fulfill their duties effectively reflects poor management decisions. When I requested that Mike handle the order himself, he declined, stating that it would be too much work and that he was unfamiliar with the system. It is essential for managers to be proficient in all areas of their establishment to ensure smooth operations.
While I was able to take home a critical item that evening, I had to return the next morning to collect the rest of my order. Despite Mike's assurance that the total would not change, I was charged an additional $10. This reflects poor management practices. Moreover, the employees' expressed hope for Mike's retirement further shows the unprofessionalism and dissatisfaction within the team.
Additionally, when I attempted to address the pricing error with the pick-up staff, I was told to contact their 800 number to resolve the issue myself. This was despite the error being their fault and already having a bad experience. The staff member's response was dismissive and unprofessional, further showing the poor customer service.
I am generally tolerant of minor errors, but the mishandling of this situation and the manner in which I was spoken to left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I hope that Kroger addresses these management and service issues promptly.

Normally not one to do this,but today I went and picked up a cake that I had ordered last weekend for my fiancé's birthday, the cake was delicious and exactly what I had ordered, the only complaint I have is that the graphic camo design was not center. It was all the way to the right and the 1/4 sheet cake seemed alot smaller then one I would have gotten at Walmart back in Goshen. Also alot more expensive then I had imagined. Over $30 dollars for it, where back in Goshen I could have gotten the same size cake, better quality of work for $15 less. Other then that everything was great.

I absolutely love this Kroger. Amazing prices,staff, and produce department. I drive from Decatur to go here. I wish our store was like this. Today we had there fried chicken that was "chicken to go". I can't find a word to describe how delicious the chicken was.

Kroger of Rochester is one of my favorites.
They've figured out how to offer a wide selection, keep their pricing reasonable, and maintain a Classy, Clean, and Organized establishment.
Then to top that off, great service and all smiles make my shopping experience most enjoyable and always keep me coming back.
The rewards program adds another fine bang for the buck too!

I shop this Kroger to get my groceries all the time. Recently Kroger has had everything stocked very nicely. The produce section is always full and the esthetic is pleasing as the produce is there when you first walk in. The people who work there are friendly and always helpful. Today, I got cash back at the self check out and completed forgot to grab it. I walked all the way to my car before noticing and walked back to the office. To my surprise the money was still hanging in the register. And Jess from the office retrieved it for me easily. So thank you Jess! Also goes to show there is a lot of honest people around here!

They have great deals, but it seems when they do there isn't enough product to last through the sale. Other than that it's a great place to shop.
