Went in to get a key made for $360 at the Rochester Mike Anderson branch. I spoke with Richie and he informed me I had 2 recalls on my car. He could get my car in to get fixed as soon as possible, he didn’t have the parts for the second recall l. So, I went back on Friday when he then informed me about a coolant leak that would cost $457. So, I agreed to get it fixed. I picked it up went to grocery store and back, it sat on the weekend. On Sunday night I drove it to work it was kinda cold in my car mon the same. On Tuesday it over heats my boyfriend had to bring coolant there was none in it.He filled it then I called them and they said bring it in we will fix it only to find out it needs a new motor that they conveniently had two used one there for my vehicle. I told him this makes no since they never fixed the coolant my car worked fine till I went there for recalls the heat worked fine now Richie says the general manager says there is nothing they can do. I spent over 800 here in a week now they want 4000 I would never take your car here how is there no coolant if you fixed it they scammed me out of money I have 4 kids now I have no car to drive in thought you could trust a dealership I would never do business here.

Got my vehicle from MA in Plymouth ( GR8 PPL ) yet for 2 months MA in Rochester kept playing games with having loaner cars for me when I told them my vehicle has a cracked head gasket and needs fixed ASAP. 11/9 I called at 9 am to try again was told I’d be called bk - NO CALL I had to call and when I did I got sent to VM - needless to say I took my business to Lochmandy in Knox and thru one call they took my vehicle and had me lined up w/ a 2022 Chevy. Wow did you lose LOTS of $ on this one -

They were very professional and fast. It didn't take long for them to get the parts needed for my car and then scheduling me in once they received them. I dropped my car off early thinking they might be able to get to it faster and sure enough they got it in and back to me earlier than they said so overall I'm happy. I'll definitely go back there if I need more done to my car.

They are fantastic. I called and let them know what was going on with my car and they had an appointment set for me to bring it in 4 days later. They set me up with a rental for the whole time while my car was getting worked on and I felt like they genuinely cared for my situation. I will definitely recommend them and I won’t go anywhere else.

People are very nice and friendly. Always go over things with me just to make sure I understand everything. And they do their best to get what we need in parts for our car and truck.

I was looking for an affordable transportation. I was received in a professional and respectful manner. The process was quick and I had my car shortly after. It was quicker than the last time at a new car dealership . I would go there again for my next vehicle.

Even tho I live in N Manchester, I prefer taking my Jeep to your facility. My Jeep broke down in Rochester but I was able to drive my crippled car to your place. The gal at the computer was cordial and able to get me an appointment for the afternoon. My car was repaired the next day and the cashier was pleasant and friendly. That’s why I take my 2014 Jeep to you for repairs.

I've been going to Mike Anderson since 2006 when we got our first Ram ! And they are all very nice and helpful! And I've always had my dodges serviced by them, they do the job right and let you know right away of any issues with the vehicle. While it is true that I did not raise my concerns at the counter during our interaction, I believe it's important to note that this decision was informed by my prior communication via telephone. I had already expressed my issues at that point, and I felt it was unnecessary to reiterate them in person.I wish to emphasize that during the last three service visits, I had specifically inquired about the state of the vehicle's tires, focusing particularly on one tire that has been consistently losing air. During my initial service visit, the representative attending to me did provide an estimate for new tires.However, when I sought clarification regarding the urgency of this replacement, due to an upcoming trip, I was informed that it was not an immediate necessity. This led me to believe that the tire condition would not pose a problem for my travel plans.While I value our previous interactions, I felt it was important to clarify these circumstances. As always, I appreciate your dedication to providing quality service, and I wish your business continued success in the future.Thank you once again for your time and understanding.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the tire maintenance services I have received for my Jeep at your establishment. Over the course of approximately three visits, I have repeatedly requested your technicians to examine a persistent issue with the rear tire pressure, which had been consistently deviating from the recommended PSI.On the two occasions when I brought this to your attention, your staff merely inflated the tire and assured me that it was in good condition. Most recently, just two days prior to a planned trip to North Carolina, I once again requested a thorough inspection of the problematic tire, suspecting that the issue could potentially be related to a faulty sensor.Despite my concerns, I was informed that the tire was in acceptable condition, although I was advised to consider purchasing a new set of tires in the near future. To my dismay, the very next day, the tire in question was completely flat.In light of the unsatisfactory and potentially hazardous service I have experienced, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be entrusting my vehicle's maintenance needs to your establishment. I urge you to take my concerns seriously and to review the quality of the tire inspection services provided at your center.

The staff at Rochester location are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, but don't ever buy a car or deal with Jim Morris or his staff at the Plymouth, IN location. They'll screw you over every time. Just drive 25 minutes to Rochester for a quality experience.
