The staff seemed to be absent at an adjacent property at checkout and one of the bath towels had multiple brown stains on it. Also there were dead ants in the room. Altogether not a great experience.

Had to spend a few nights over a couple weeks for work. Rooms were clean surprisingly good, tv service was DirecTV, bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Overall good experience and would stay again.

Possibly the best hotel in Rochester, but I would stay in a different town with a better hotel, and drive to Rochester if I had to do it again
