A truly great funeral home isn't about a trendy building or expensive furnishings or a flashy fleet of cars. As a matter of fact, most of the things that make a great funeral home aren't even tangible. Rather, a great funeral home is about respect, rigorous honesty, being as accommodating as humanly possible, extraordinary empathy and strict adherence to the Golden Rule. It takes a long pedigree and people who are naturally suited to caring for others. From the moment you first contact Zimmermann Brothers, you will know, not only your loved one who has passed, but your family and friends are all being taken into their experienced care. You’ll know without a doubt that you are not going to be taken advantage of and that these people know exactly what they’re doing. There will be calm, soothing attention to serving you with true concern for your feelings and helping you cope. Seven generations of Fulton County’s citizens have trusted Zimmerman Brothers and have not been disappointed. I’ll be the fourth generation of my family to be served on 11th Street and I’m sure more will follow.

Zimmerman refused us siblings, to view our brother before his wife arrived. His wife was late to her own husbands service and Zimmerman refused us time- 1 1/2 hours to say goodbye to our brother. Very distasteful. We lost that time with our brother. I would not recommend.

Our family will be generations long clients of Zimmerman Brothers. Darin has always been very kind, compassionate, and understanding, first when my father passed and then again when my grandfather passed. He has been very, very caring and willing to help our family by relieving a bit of the financial strain from the decision-making process. He was extremely sympathetic to and took into consideration the ideas of the family and final wishes of the departed when helping us plan. I will never give another funeral home in this city my business.

After the loss of my husband I struggled to find a funeral home that could provide the services needed. After having contacted 4 other funeral homes, all of which could not provide the services we were seeking, we met with Darin. His genuinely cared about or situation and his compassionate approach to our circumstances was such a breath of fresh air. I felt as if the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders.

Darin was so helpful before, during, and after our mother's passing with all the arrangements and information needed during that time. Would highly recommend Zimmerman Bros. He made the process very easy.
