Took our bucket truck when Jeep wouldn't. They said it needed to go to a shop really far away that couldn't start on it for a month. Glad that Dallas Truck can take BOTH of our Work trucks to start on within days.

Charged two and a half hours for 45 minutes work. The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and nice. The tech was professional knowledgeable and courteous. But he showed that he could have done the job much faster. I'm almost certain at the milking of the clock was at the owner's behest.. They took about 2 hours to get to me. Although they quoted me an hour and a half. The owner however was rude impatient arrogant seemed to only care about his own well-being money and time ....didn't seem to have any care for the customer
