“Upon filling a prescription at this location I was asked for my Insurance Card. When the gal asked me I remembered that we missed the opportunity to present my insurance card the prior week for a prescription. Bruce(RX) overheard the conversation at the window and used the insurance information for this transaction and ran it back on the precious weeks transaction and (since my business is across the street) walked the difference of what the insurance paid down to me personally!
