“I have had MANY experiences with this shop(mostly due to kids) but have taken all my body work here since moving to the area a very LONG time ago. The service and quality of workmanship are both excellent. Believe me, that is hard for me to say these days. I would say 99.9% + they get it right the first time and even go above and beyond. They have never failed me on anything.”

“Matt helped me find license plate lights for my Dodge Nitro. I would've been lost and confused had it not been for him. If you need any help with car parts and are as confused as I was, go ask for Matt Collins in the Rockville store.”

“Today I had overheating problems. These 2 gentlemen helped me get 30 minutes home. I would definitely recommend them. They were very understanding. One of them even lent me a funnel when I needed to buy one because I was pouring coolant everywhere.”

“The junkyards around Indy rarely have any old 7.3 parts. Mecca usually does. The lobby is clean, the yard looks well organized, and the best part is they actually call you back when they have to go look for a part to make sure it’s still there. Very rarely do the yards closer to Indy call you back when they have to go put eyes on a part. It’s always a pleasant experience and a great price whenever I need to call Mecca”

“NAPA is the only REAL parts store. They have quality products and their employees are quality. Their brand of tools and parts are great. They always have what I need or can get it quickly. I never like going anywhere else. Not just this NAPA, but NAPA in general. This location has great employees and selection.”

“So far have had a dpf delete done, tuner installed on 2 separate trucks, and in the process of having a turbo replaced. Nick, the owner, has always been very interactive when it came to telling me about what needed to be done and what was done. Only inconvenience I've ever had was a gasket wasn't installed on a pipe but it was fixed on the spot when I told them about it. Techs get in a hurry sometimes and it happens through no fault of the shop.”

“I’d just like to share a recent positive experienceBefore I do, I just like to say…I’m only posting to give credit where credit is due. I didn’t know anyone I mention, and there is nothing in it for me.I needed my thermostat changed, and wellI won’t mention the first place I went to again. I went to a second place that was strongly recommended. I won’t bother saying where, other than Rockville. They quoted me @$577. Crazy! I went to a third place (AFFORDABLE AUTO)I don’t know them there at all-never been there before. The guy there (Brian) said he hasn’t been there but maybe a year, and trying to rectify the less-than-good reputation left there from the previous owner. I was quoted $331. He gave me a ride and picked me up when he was done (No charge).Despite me telling him I didn’t want a diagnostic- he did one on his own dime (No charge). He replaced my thermostat and noted the last mechanic I had changed the thermostat put in the housing with no thermostat in it. In all fairness that was done in Florida.Anyhow, he fixed my car in @ 2 hours and charged me only $305 instead of the quoted price of $331. I insisted to pay him $331, but he refused and ran my credit card for $305!! Wow! Lowest price, fast, honest, but most importantly Brian and Danielle were exceptionally nice!! Well Done Affordable Auto!! Well done! Thank you for restoring my faith in this great community!!”
