Super busy practice. Staff works very hard to keep everything running smoothly. Dr. Seward is Brilliant he really treats you with respect & listens to you about your dog and gives the best medicine them . Whitney is one of the veterinarian assistants who really is amazing too. She is a Shepherd people and I absolutely love that. ❤️

I drove my friend and her Great Pyrenees to the Rockville clinic bcoz no other vets office in the surrounding counties would see her dog even tho it was a true emergency situation. Thankfully the Rockville clinic was able to squeeze us in. Obviously they can't always accommodate such requests so we were very thankful to them for taking the time to see and care for Ceasar. The staff was so kind and understanding during the entire visit. They were very patient with Ceasar who, due to his condition and illness in general, was not being very cooperative. Dr Britni and the Assistants who stayed to help her were all very professional and they took the time to explain everything in detail which was much appreciated. They were able to stabilize Ceasar and also prepared a plan of treatment for his care once we got him back home. I can't thank Dr Ted, Dr Britni and their wonderful staff enough for the excellent care that was given to us at the Rockville clinic! ❤️?❤️?

We absolutely love West Central. We have taken all of our babies there. Recently we had to put our beautiful boy, Jeter, to sleep and they were phenomenal. We've had one cat spay and one neutered there among other things. Everything went smoothly everytime. We love West Central.

Not sure why there are multiple location pin drops on one place. However, it’s a nice place. Staff have always been friendly and respectful and thorough.

This is the best vet we have ever been to. Our dog, Sophie, became critically ill over the holidays and Dr. Britni and everyone on staff went above & beyond checking on her on Thanksgiving, weekends, and late at night. They saved her life. Eventually, when we needed to say goodbye to Sophie they treated her with the utmost dignity, respect, and care. I cannot say enough good things about these ppl and this place. They approach every interaction with professionalism and compassion. Amazing vets, but even better humans. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Britni and all that looked after Sophie.

The facility itself and the support staff are great, but some of the current vets need to ask themselves if they're still in it for the animals. Dr. Couch performed an ACL surgery that almost cost my dog his life. Post-surgery protocol was followed to a T but my dog kept declining, and I brought him in to have another look. Dr. Couch did nothing but reprimand me to follow her instructions better. I ended up going back to our previous vet - over an hour away - to have another look and better recommendations of what else I could be doing. It was found that the device Dr. Couch installed had caused a reaction in the bone with an infection. I was then informed that this procedure/device was no longer practiced, and very outdated because of this very side effect. Dr. Steele fixed my pup and we did physical therapy with their onsite pt tech. When this was brought up to the West central staff Dr. Couch did nothing - not even a phone call.Dr. J Anderson came recommended to me for deeper knowledge on herding breeds. I took our rescue border collie in to be evaluated for heavy and strained breathing while laying down/sleeping. My first thought was maybe his heart. I brought him in to be thoroughly checked and I assumed x-rays/ultrasounds would be taken. She brushed off his symptoms and behavior as part of his "breed". Fast forward a year to a devastating emergency visit for him having to be euthanized due to a birth defect and abnormally large heart. Something that would have shown up on radiographs. In both instances, my concern was brushed off. When I take my pets to be seen by a professional I should be able to trust them to have my pets best interest first and foremost. I can understand that maybe, given the area of rural/country living, that some people do not value the lives of animals as much as I do, BUT it should be an option to decline treatment and not assume that all people treat/keep the same.

My little Sophie received the best care possible for her situation. Paralyzed from an injury, she is now walking. My thanks to all those at the clinic.
