Knowing that, he still took the time to give me a supplement as the insurance gave me a portion of what was owed and he helped me with dealing with the insurance company. “9/10 experienceEven though there was a waitlist Gerber did fantastic making sure I knew what was happening during each step of the process. Each time I called the employees were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They got my vehicle in as quickly as possible. When I got my car back and I was inspecting it I had to pull up photos of the damage because it was repaired so well that I had no idea where the previous damage ended. The only reason I rated them a 9 instead of a 10 is it would have been great if they offered a loaner vehicle in cases where the insurance coverage on a rental ends. I understand that there are many aspect that go into offering that but I do know some other repair centers that do offer this service. I will absolutely recommend Gerber Collision to others and will choose them again if the need ever arises again.Services: Painting”
“I come here often for oil, filters, tires etc... the customer service was pretty slow but it wasn't the employees fault. They were crazy busy and it seemed like they didn't have enough staff. Ashley is always working when I come in and she works circles around everyone else. Walmart in Laporte, if you see this.. Ashley needs a raise!”
