Molly is a wonderful instructor! She does a really good job explaining the exercises and what muscles you are stretching out. She is awesome!! I enjoy her class every time I attend. I feel soo much better after working out. This is a great class to stretch out without over doing it. YOu feel good when you are done not exhausted.
