Normally I have no issues at the Rushville CVS. I would give them 5 stars from past experience…especially Erica. Today was different. There was a discrepancy on the date that my wife’s medication was due. I’m trying to ask questions to figure out the issue, but apparently Morgan (low level tech) didn’t have time for me. She shut the window on me while I was still asking questions. I didn’t raise my voice…didn’t swear at her…just asking questions. Today I would give Morgan a one star…or less. She shouldn’t be working with the public with the attitude that she has. One bad apple makes the rest look bad.

I’ve had to use Rushville CVS when my regular pharmacy is closed or out of stock, the level of care, professionalism, and kindness that is ALWAYS received from them is outstanding! I’m so proud to have such great neighbors at Rushville CVS!

I’m always able to find what I want when I want and if I’m not I can always find something that will substitute for it or just wait for it to get in stock.

Staff is horrible. My husband has been waiting on prescription medication for pain since Thursday. Apparently now they have to redo it so here I am sitting here way passed the 15 minutes that they said it would take. They need to quit socializing so much with each other and do their jobs. Just the 15 minutes here, I learned about their kids etc.

I would like to see Capri pants in the Lildy pants that you carry that has the side pockets for your phone. Thats about all I can remember. You have a great selection of alcohol. And over the counter medicines, vitamins, etc. I'm so thankful you're in my hometown.

Pharmacy staff very rude on the phone, pharmacy staff very rude inside. I always start getting anxious when I have to call or go in there. They work for me in case they have forgot.

A big shout out to Lexi at Rushville CVS! She worked hard trying to get my key fob open to replace the batteries. Not everyone would do this. Great employee!!

Did a Covid PCR on Friday AM and my boarding is now and the test still not arrived. There is no one to call and speak. Only automated systems. We lost $4000 on cruise and our vacation. Our friends did in cvs in atlanta same day and time when we did and they got the results same day and next morning

I have been here quite a few times in the past few months. I never go inside though. I often wonder what it would of been like before the pandemic. I have been inside plenty of Walgreens. They are much nicer inside. I especially enjoyed the large glass mirror which exposes would be shoplifters. Can't really have fun anymore if you ask me. I do not condone stealing, but maybe allow it to be a bit easier.
