Normally don't leave reviews but this is deserved and if I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox on 10/21 and it was a good experience that day. Fast forward to 10/23 or 10/24 and the back driver side tire started squealing. We took it into Hubler on 10/27 and was told by Travis (don't know last name) the back brakes/rotors needed replaced and would cost $600 to replace. We told him we're not paying that as we feel it should be their responsibility and he offered a 10% off coupon. He also said brakes/rotors were "passable" in July when they got the vehicle, unsure what passable standards are, but wouldn't confirm that the car was even inspected before we left and we didn't get inspection paperwork. We ended up going to Midas in Shelbyville and had them replaced for $430.Fast forward again when driving over 40-50 mph, the steering wheel & car would shake. Took it to Walmart to have the tires balanced only to find out one of the back tires had a flat spot and the mechanic said "it looked liked they had been drifted in." Apparently it was bad enough that we had to replace the tire, which after balancing/rotating and the new tire was $200. We called Hubler on 11/10 and was told by the salesman that the brakes/rotors had just been replaced and there had to have been confusion on the services departments part. There is absolutely no way we have gone through supposedly new brakes within the 3 days when the squealing started. He also seemed to accuse Midas of lying about needing them replaced. When my father-in-law called, he was told they never told us any of that and seemingly called us liars. Overall -- we are extremely disappointed over how unprofessional Hubler Auto has been and how they have not taken ANY accountability or responsibility for what has happened. Now we are out $600+ just a few weeks before we are due to have a baby. Definitely will not be returning for any kind of service or business.

Great, friendly staff. Always willing to assist their customers no matter the challenge. Highly recommend making this store your first stop when looking for a new or preowned vehicle.

Cameron was great to deal with. He delivered exactly what we wanted and even had it brought from another dealership. This was a great experience would give cameron a 10. The financial department now is not organized.

Salesman told me if I brought my trade in they would be able to value it more. I drive 2.5 hours and they gave me a significantly worse offer on my trade in. No issues with the vehicle. Salesman told me vehicle I was coming for had no issues and I test drove it and it was very loud with some seemingly serious issue. Bait and switch.

We went in with the idea of researching the Colorado to understand if we would even like the vehicle. We pulled up to the dealership (with our preset appointment) and it was one of those moments. The truck was sitting there so pretty and red, the salesman was there with a smile and a handshake. We drove it, loved it, still had some concerns. Everything from the price, to the interest rate on the loan, to the payment was addressed and flexed until we were complete comfortable with our purchase. We couldn’t be happier.

The whole time that we were working through the car choosing process I felt that Cameron was looking out for my best interests and looking to help however he could. The team was great with customer service, quick to answer and great with making sure to explain things and assist in the process. I'd recommend Cameron to anyone!

Terrible communication. Went in to get my AC fixed. Was told it was a 5 hour job. My vehicle was there 8 days. I was told I would get a call by a certain time to let me know the status but I always had to call. Cost me $2,500 to have 2 AC lines replaced and 2 diagnosis of other problems. Never again.

Do not recommend!!!!Hubler responded to my rating like they didn't know what my issues were. Really? They know exactly what my issues were because we have had email AND phone conversations about how bad my experience at their dealership was. Long story short, we were lied to and hurried through the process without having been told very important information about our new car or anything else. We were also told our vehicle had features that it did not have. I was trying to be cool about this but with the "confused" response given by the dealership I felt like I had to give at lease a partial explanation. How disappointing that they refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Nobody is perfect, but taking responsibility for your actions goes a long way....

We had a great experience buying our car at Hubler in Rushville! Dan was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the safety features of the vehicle and pointed them out to ease our minds after just having recovered from an accident. He understood that the accident left us needing a replacement vehicle and that we had driven two hours to see the particular one we asked to drive but did not take advantage of us or pressure us. He made us feel comfortable and glad to buy from his dealership! Great experience with all others at Hubler, including Finance dept! Five stars!

First time I've used their service and definitely the last. Had my truck in to mount and balance new tires and do an alignment. Couldn't get it done in 2 days and held my truck for a full day after. The sales manager wouldn't write me a bill to pick up my truck so I was out of a vehicle for 3 days. To top it off, still didn't get the alignment done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
