It provides high quality, affordable products, often having items that are otherwise hard to find locally. The friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff provides great service, with a caring owner who helps customers find the right thing right away. It is considered the best place for electronics.
Great experience. Kind of a throwback to the old Tandy days, kind of a living museum. But Mark Osborne had everything I needed to help get my computer system up. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome store! Its great to see a Radio Shack still running, just bought this retro radio and its amazing. Good sound quality and it has bluetooth!
