Fantastic customer service when I come in there and I have a problem I always get it fixed 100% of the time the people there are very nice, caring and compassionate they're always there for the customer if I could give this establishment a seven star review. I definitely would this for sure has to be the best. T-Mobile in the whole southern part of Indiana I will 150% recommend my friends and family to come to this company and I recommend you too anybody reading this ??

Wow! I'm actually just shocked because I have never ever in my whole entire life. Had this good of a phone and service at the same time for so cheap. I only pay 114 and compared to the competitors such as Verizon, I would pay $314 for one phone plan and the phone I have. I have a iPhone 14 plus and the GOto plus plan there at T-Mobile and it's still cheaper than Verizon. I definitely recommend this place because if you want to save money have great service and receive wonderful customer service while getting your new phone or service, this is the place for you

Best damn cell phone service I've ever had in my whole entire life if you go to this branch of T-Mobile make sure if you have a different phone service to switch right over because they will definitely treat you right

Not having a love affair with you at this time, my phone goes down every weekend. Drove to your office and they would not even report it, told me to call them. Why was I there, to tell them my phone was out?

The worst experience ever!! The manager Judson doesn’t appear to have any knowledge in his field or at least doesn’t care to use that knowledge to assist customers. Absolutely no concept of customer service. He had a new hire try to assist me for 3 hours and never tried to assist. I had brought in my sick mother thinking we would be in and out. After 3 hours they were unable to get the service working. He didn’t check the new hires work. I called back and asked Judson if he was sure there wasn’t an error made by the new hire. He was rude and condescending. He referred me to customer service, where they advised the error was made in the store at the time of the atempted port using incorrect zip codes. I can’t blame the new hire, he isn’t out of training yet. When you are in a supervisor position you should do everything you can to resolve customer issues. 3 hours is a long time to have nothing resolved and a manager who never tried to assist once is very upsetting. When I called customer service they were able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes.

I paid for my plan 2 days ago. Today I can't text or call, says I need to pay. I will be switching phone services next month, no exceptions. T-mobil sucks big time.
