Customer service is lacking. Internet itself is fine. Minimal outages. But I have called three times over the past year to get my cable buried in my yard, and it’s always, “we’ll put you on the list.”

Very unhappy with service. Have to reboot several times a day. Then when that doesn't work....and most of the time it doesn't work we go with service for days at a time.

Have been house sitting for a week for a friend. They have called and we have called for 4 days in a row for no internet. Keep getting the same answer, we see the problem and have someone working on it now. Tech support will lie to you just to get you off the phone!UPDATE 1/14/24:This stupid company didn't do anything, but we just had a county wide power outage due to weather. Low and behold once the power was restored the internet started working. Had someone gone out and cleared the error on the satellite server by hand our issue might have already been resolved, instead it took a 5 hour power outage to do it! The home owner was talking about upgrading with Watch prior to our experience and thankfully we have talked them into a different company!

Worst rural internet service provider ever. Goes out for 1-2 days literally every month.Is the wind blowing? Yep. No internet.Is it cloudy? Yep. No internet.Did an owl just fart on a tower, or a goat just pee on a switch somewhere in Kentucky? Yep, you guessed it, no internet.I would get better service if my wifi was delivered by pigeons.Sadly this is the only provider I can get where I live.

Over priced and when there's an issue it takes 2 weeks for me to call to figure out whats going on. Internet went down and 3 weeks later they sent an LTE router in the mail with no info. The catch is, only 25gb limit and slooow. No option to keep unlimitted service as it was only pay more for something out of my hands. Unfortunately I have have not other options for internet. Elon here we come

WORST INTERNET EVER!!DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE!!I’ve been a good customer for 3 years, it’s CONSTANTLY out. 2hrs this day 4 hrs the next day CONSTANTLY! You call technical service and they act like it’s not a big deal. Our service has been out for DAYS this time. I called Tuesday because it was down all day. Came back on Wednesday for a couple hr been down ever since, they said don’t expect it till Tuesday!! That’s basically a week no service while kids are on Christmas break.NOT OKAY!! When you live Rural your internet is all you got for communication but they don’t care!!!No credits to your account until AFTER 48hrs of NO Service. First time I’ll actually get a credit, if they approve it!Definitely looking for new service!!

I loved our service at first. It was fast, reliable, and customer service was so kind and helpful. But, we've been without internet for 3 days now. My husband was on the phone on hold waiting for assistance for over 2 hours. We've had the router replaced, satellite dish replaced, updates done, etc. and internet is still not functional or consistent. It constantly disconnected itself and turned on and off. We've been on the phone with 2+ hour waits (and waited the full time) more than 10 times. This has happened at least once a week since July 2023. We had to cancel our service today, as we cannot afford to pay for internet that is never functional. This is the only home internet available in our area so disappointed is just the tip of the iceberg.

Deceptive practices for sales to ask you to give a review of the company BEFORE you get service, based solely on your sales person interaction (which sales was fine).HOWEVER, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. It drops several times a day for 10-15 minutes. This happened day one, and got progressively worse. Sometimes would be down as much as 2 days. No, they won’t get you a bill credit.Speeds can drop as low as 4mbps. Rarely did I get advertised high speeds. I got better performance with my phones hotspot. Customer service is always several hours backed up. This is a service backed by government funding for rural broadband that grew too quick without the infrastructure in place to actually handle it. Imagine that!Do yourself a favor, get Starlink. It’s as close to real internet as you’ll get out here in rural southern Indiana. It works almost flawlessly.

Very spotty service. Constant outages, which forces us to use hot spot for wifi. Kids need wifi for homework most evenings and we often exceed to hot spot data. Which in turn is more money each month. Very frustrating. Have asked many times for some sort of reimbursement, never happens. After hours of sitting waiting for tech support there is usually no results. And then mysteriously it will be working hours/days later. Also sometimes they won't offer a call back for tech support, so you literally have to sit with your phone on for hours at a time...insane.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Technical. Service wait times are from my experience 120-896 minutes. Had to constantly reboot system to get connection several times a day cancel service in July. I just got a bill for October. They owe me a credit they’re probably not giving it to me. I had no service from half of June and all of July I canceled on July 3 they told me I couldn’t take affect until August. But still no service in July. the customer service. Wait times were just as outrageous as the technical support wait times. So I sent emails like every other day in July to make sure they knew I had no service they didn’t care they still going to bill me for it. Even if they were the only provider in the area, I would never do it again.

I worked with Michael to get our new internet scheduled for set up.. He had extra work to do for us as we live in an area where service is difficult to get!!He explained our options throughly and verified several times that we understood them.4/5 stars.. not because of anything negative but because we all have room to improve

Excellent service. Worked around my weird schedule. Answered all questions and returned all my calls. If the product is as good as she is, then I'll be a customer for a long time!
