“I had a fantastic experience with Jim Schmidt Chevy service department on Monday, November 17, 2025. The staff greeted me with a smile and were professional. My appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and replacing the front windshield wiper blades went quickly and without any pressure to up-sell extra services. They were efficient and were happy to apply my coupons to the bill. Jim Schmidt understands my time is valuable and that is why I am a returning customer. “These guys are good people. I was in an accident where someone ran a red light and hit me. It took about a month to resolve. Yoders lent me a loaner for the entire time. My car ended up being a total loss. So they basically only collected money for storing the car. Which the insurance company took long before I got the settlement check and they let me continue using the loaner until I could get a new vehicle. I'm a single mom, we only had the one vehicle. I was so scared I would loose my job if I couldn't get back and forth. These guys helped us so much.”

“Was in from out of town and had a slow leak in my tire. I saw all of the great reviews so I stopped at Erwin Auto.
Collin had me in and out of there nearly as quick as a McDonald's drive thru. He pulled out a nail and put in a plug. All reasonably priced.

“Honest. Quick turnover. I expected a large bill for parts and labor with a fuel leak and inoperable 4wd on my Ram 2500 6.7 (2014, 225,000mi). Also had my front and rear differentials serviced (my request). Out the door for less than $400! I got lucky with the problems I had, but Tim is a stand-up guy. When the next problem gets the best of me, I'll be returning.”
“We were competing at the monster truck race at the monster truck museum, pulling our 25' camper and picked up a bolt in the front tire of our f150 and we found this place only a block down the road. Even though they are an industrial tire repair shop they graciously took us in immediately and fixed our flat for $24 and was out and back to the start of our weekend withing 20 minutes.. you dont get service like this anymore. We were 300 miles away from home at were welcomed in like family with our repair. Please dont hesitate to check in with your tire needs here! If this were any chain tire repair shop we would have been sitting and waiting for hours to plug a tire.”

“Had what I thought was a flat so I called, Jeff answered and he sent a guy out pretty much immediately. Found my tire was blown so the gentleman said hang on and within 5 minutes my donut was put on and I was back on the road. Top notch service - and a very friendly place. :)”
