DO NOT order a cake online to be picked up here unless you want to pay for a cake and never actually get it. Despite an order confirmation and the money being taken out of my bank account they have zero information on my order and can’t make the cake. Nor can they refund my money.

Service at this location is awful. I was told to pull forward for two small basic shakes. I then watched as cars that arrived after me received their orders. I ended up having to go inside to get my order because the girl working was chatting with a friend who was there visiting her. Very rude. I won't be back.

This place has the worst staff ever. They’re there, but they turn the lights off and occasionally at night when you walk in they’ll just tell you they’re closed. They never act like they want to help. Wish we had better staff. Cause the ice cream is still decent.

I went there yesterday July 16 at 3:30pm. There was 1 car in the lot , with an elderly lady checking the doors. I asked if they were closed. She said the inside is. I drove around to drive away and noticed a car at the window. I got in line to get an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. The 2 young teenagers, were goofing around. I said you need a sign to say the drive through is open. They giggled and said it wasn’t their job. I asked for a cake , they came back with a description of flavors and I picked one. The girl on the register continued to giggle as the price kept changing on the screen. She said 32.09 and I paid her in cash. When I got home I realized the price on the cake was clearly 24.99 and not 29.99. Because they were goofing around and giggling, they over charged me. It was obvious That there was no one managing them. I went back today to get my change back and again, no manager on duty, so I couldn’t get my change. I tried calling the number to get a fax sound.

I'll give it 5 stars for today cuz it was really good and they didn't mess my order up but some times it a hit or miss. But I'll try then again.

No signs stating inside dining was closed. Tried to order ice cream from window, was told had to go back around building to use the order box even though there wasn't anyone behind me or in line. Soooo I drove around the building and tried to order the ice cream I wanted to be told they didn't have it!!

We ordered $30 worth of ice cream through doordash & the scooped ice cream was freezer burned & missing a topping. We also ordered 2 quarts of ice cream & they gave us the wrong flavor. The portion quantity of one of the scooped ice creams was significantly less than the others

I visited this location on 09/23/2020 to order a cake for my daughter's birthday. Samantha took the order and gave me a receipt but never put the cake order in. I've never had this happen before. I seriously couldn't believe it happened. What makes it worse, is that I arrived at 9am on Sunday to pick it up and was told "the cake isn't ready yet. Come back at 11am and you can pick it up."But there was no cake! What were they finishing up with it? They let my daughter pick any cake out of the freezer for "free". Real disappointment but I tried to make the best of this situation. "Could you write Happy Birthday on the cake for us?"They replied, "No, we can't. Only cake decorators can do that and they are not here today."Wait....so non-cake decorators were finishing my imaginary cake in the back when I was there at 9am to pick up the cake? Be careful if you order a cake for an event. Just because you ordered it does not mean you will be able to get it. Maybe call everyday to ensure it was processed and is being made? I don't know. I did contact customer care to inform them of the issue and hopefully Samantha can get the training she needs. Customer Care apologized and stated that someone from the franchise would contact me. They have still not called or emailed to followed up.

Went at 9:45PM, it was closed even though they said they were open until 10. Couldn’t get ice cream from the drive through either. Super bummed!
