If you want express service at full price, then this is your salon. The technician filed my nails, told me to go to the sink and wash my hands and then had me go to the pedicure chair. He trimmed my toenails and then painted my fingernails while I was in the pedicure chair. I had to lean over so he could reach my hand. It was uncomfortable and very hurried. Mani and pedi took 20 minutes. My daughter had a gel manicure and asked what was going on and why was it so fast. The technician had me go to the drying station as both of them sat at their stations on their phones. It was our first and last time there.

Wanted to try a new place. So I went in today and the experience was fine. Friendly staff. Clean salon. Now the end product is a different story. Getting a chance to look closer at my pedi under better light and my color is light in some spots like it needs a second coat. And the top coat sucks. It gave no shine so I had to add my own topcoat. Also color comes up too high and the entire nail is not painted. Both can be seen in the pic. I won’t be going back as I get a better end product at my usual place.

Terrible rushed service and not friendly. Did a horrible job filing and painting the toe nails. I think my toddler would have done a better job

Ruby is an amazing nail tech. She takes her time, makes changes if my nails aren’t just right, is fun to chat with… I don’t go to anyone else after I’ve had a lot of hit or miss experiences. She’s always consistent and does great work!
Edited to add: As of 5/2024, Ruby no longer works at Bella. ?

Horrible job. I've been going to bella for years, but when I came home from college for the summer they must've changed owners or something because they did a terrible job. Did not even attempt to fix when she went on to my skin with the polish. She also refused to give me the length I wanted when she said, "no that length is ugly and not in style." I don't appreciate the lack of customer service and just disrespect towards customers.

I paid $50 for a preschooler to paint my toes. Will never ever ever be back. There’s nail polish all over my skin on every toe. I feel sick at how much money I wasted.

I love it! I always see Lynn! I love how she shapes my nails and is very talented with detail and designs! The place is very clean and the staff is super nice!
I have lived here for 7 years and have been to numerous nail shops but this one is the BEST by far!
