Terrible service. I came in for a pedicure and was done in 13 minutes. I was told this is the “basic” pedicure and I had to pay more for anything additional. I didn’t even get the basic. No scrub, no massage and charged me $30. Never again.

Only giving two stars because the female owner offered a solution and completely redid my nails. The tech at booth 5 filed my nails like trash. Visibly crooked and filed off the edges exposing my unpainted natural nail. He rushed through my service so fast and it resulted in a piss poor job. Once I examined my nails I went back in and asked for a refund. The male owner stated that they don’t refund and that they’d repaint my nails. He literally admitted to his tech providing an “okay” job. Unfortunately they don’t care about the quality of the service they are providing, and the customer service I received from the male owner was disappointing. They only care about the turn around time for more clients.

I've been coming here for my nails for awhile. I have had Lyn and Sophia. Both ladies do amazing work; I've always had my nails last 3+ weeks. Bring cash for tip.

This place is very busy. Almost to the point where it feels like they are rushing your service. I only got regular polish & I could tell that they were just trying to get me in and out to do other, more expensive services. The end result was also sub-par and chipped that same night.

I’ve been going to Bella Nails religiously every 2-3 weeks for about 3 years now and have always had a great experience. I sat with a newer girl there a couple weeks ago and my nails chipped (in the 3 years I’ve been there that’s literally never happened). I thought it was a fluke. I went back Saturday and had the same girl. I’m not sure of her name but she sits in booth 12. The very next day I had 2 nails break. Again, 3 years and I’ve never had an issue but twice in the matter of a month I’ve had broken nails when I sit with this specific tech. I called on my lunch break to explain that I needed to come in and that I wanted my nails redone by someone else please. Whatever she did, my nails are breaking. They were very kind on the phone and said that wouldn’t be a problem. I came in at the agreed upon time, 6:10. To which they told me they would only fix my 2 nails and that if I wanted them all redone I’d have to pay for them full price. Again, 2 nails broke within 24 hours of getting them done. I’m sure there would be more breaking soon after. My work schedule doesn’t give me time to run in and get each individual nail fixed when it breaks. I explained that I had discussed what I wanted on the phone earlier and how they said it wouldn’t be an issue. They then said they didn’t have time and that regardless I’d have to pay to get them all redone. I’m so disappointed by their customer service and the way they treated me as someone so loyal. I’ve recommended them to so many of my friends and family. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.Service: Acrylic nails

First time here & won’t be returning. Charge me $116 for full set & pedicure. First off the pedicure was not enjoyable. My feet do not look or feel soft as they normally do after pedicure. He didn’t even bother taking the dry/dead skin off. There was no massage & the whole thing was rush. Fast forward to my full set. Charge me $65 I did get a very simple design on one nail. It doesn’t look that great.. definitely not worth what they charge.

This was my first visit here. I had a gel no chip mani/pedi. The nail polish started chipping off two days after my visit. I went back to have them fix it. The man repainted the two nails that had chipped. Then a day later 3 other nails chipped. I can usually go 2-3 weeks with no chip. What a waste of time and money. The man flew through my pedicure and parts of it were even painful. I will never go back!Services: Manicure

I think it all depends on when you go. On a Monday night, they were great. But I'm guessing if you go on a Saturday, when they're probably the busiest, yes they're probably not going to do as good of a job. Kevin did great with mine.

Absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The pedicure probably lasted 7 minutes, the employee rushed through it, barely spoke to me, and everyone else in the establishment was just as hasty and rude. Would never come back or recommend!Service: Pedicure

As a business owner, I know the importance of customer loyalty! I don't like writing "bad reviews" but there's no way I'm keeping this to myself!First of all, let me say, Peter is one of the BEST! He's so kind and personable!I was a regular customer over the last two years, every three weeksThe experience was great, friendly atmosphere and I never felt rushed. After time went on, I began to notice a shift in attitudes from loud talking when people came in, standing over you while work was being done, rude workers, etc...First strike, I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment. When I walked through the door, the tech and the female owner was standing there as if they were gonna attack me.. WTH! I apologized for my delay, I explained that I couldn't call as I was working while in route. These two goofs are still just standing there looking at me then she says, you need to call if you're gonna be late. Ok, now I'm annoyed! I said, either you're going to assist me or I can go but I'm standing here another minute.Second strike, I cracked a nail, I came in the next day for repair, and oh my gosh! You would've thought that I asked for free service! The female owner was so rude and dismissive, she says, "we're busy, come back tomorrow" No, I will not come back tomorrow! I had a photoshoot in NYC and since I came here, I need my nail fixed, TODAY! She grudgingly agreed to fix my nail, making a few side comments. So I said, I don't appreciate the attitude, it's rude! I'm always here, definitely a loyal customer. She calmed down, started to make small talk then began asking me about a guy that might work with my hubby at USS someone she once dated, WTH! Not here for this!Third strike, I arrived maybe 7 minutes late for my "regularly scheduled appointment" this time, I called to confirm that I'd be there. After waiting 20 minutes, the male owner says in a very loud voice "you were late so your appointment was canceled" I'm trying to explain to this very rude, arrogant man that not only did I confirm, it was only a few minutes and I'm ALWAYS here. He went on to say, "well, I don't know what you're gonna do, you were late so you don't have an appointment". By this time, I walked to the counter and asked, if he was trying to speak with me or are you speaking to the entire salon! I DO NOT appreciate being humiliated and treated as if all the money I've spent here didn't matter.I went on to explain how often I'm here, his reply was, you're not the only customer that's always here. As he's talking, pretending to browse the appointment book then says, that Peter is booked for the next several weeks. Right, and that would mean I'm scheduled! (Even though I wasn't returning). This man says, nope, you're not on the schedule. At this point, I'm beyond angry! It's over! I will NEVER, EVER RETURN!Those owners are rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional! If you're reading this and thinking it won't happen to you, give it time! I know it's difficult to break up from a tech that offers great service but at the expense of my dignity and carelessness of my money, I respect myself too much to ever return to this place! Tom was absolutely amazing! I’ve came here for years. I was just getting a normal manicure to spend time with my sister and mom. I have surgery on Tuesday so DIDNT want to do no chip, which I told them. The guy was so rude was I asked what I was being charged $21 dollars for. I never got my hands rubbed, lotion, nothing, etc. all he did was file and paint my nails. I caused a fuss and the owner smirked with his wife and said because of my injury they didn’t want me to get up and wash hands? If that was the case charge me less if your not completing a service without asking. They’re like he did all that, no he didn’t. They just laughed in my face while I cried next to them. Terrible place, I have defend them for years, my god fathers daughter got a staff infection here and I still came here. Never again and I will continue to tell people. I’m still sitting in there lobby waiting for my mom and sister since as soon as I got up he had someone else to sit down. And they continue to laugh terrible place and they think a manicure is only filing nails.Service: Manicure
