I've been with Chase almost 20 years. They have significantly gone down hill. The location in St. John is ok. Friendly staff, but not personal bankers not trained well. First off, thru set up the wrong type of checking account for my teen so we had to close it and start another. Not a big deal, but a pain. We had fraud on several of our accounts and the Rep was useless. They do nothing at the on-site location when it comes to fraud. All thru do is pick up the phone to call the frauds department which I could have done at home. It was handled eventually, but that was a mess as well. There should be zero incompetence of bank personnel. One should be fully trained. There are banks on every corner, don't think customers won't leave. Treat them will respect.

I just visited this location and it was closed. It only had one ATM available and it was not dispensing money. I've never experienced this, but it's frustrating when you drive 10 minutes out of your way to pull your money out and the bank can't dispense it.

I ordered a book of checks and even though my address was changed and I went to the branch myself to order the checks, they still mailed the book of checks to the wrong address. I never knew banking with chase could be such a security risk. Not to mention I had to waste an hour of my day to take the checks to the branch because the number posted on the checks for any information that is wrong is useless and completely automatize.

I recently switched my business, personal and savings accounts to Chase. This particular Branch has assisted me every step of the way and has provided great service weekly. The employees enjoy what they are doing and it shows.

There is money being removed out of my account from purchases I did not make Chase bank has not helped me in any way of receiving my money back if I'm going to continue paying a monthly service fee I expect security service that Chase Bank claims they have now I have to publicly post this just for help

I really like this branch because of a young lady named Katie Miller. I've been a Chase customer for over 20 years but sometimes it feels like that doesn't matter as CHASE has become such a large bank. Katie Miller always takes exceptional care of me. Personally seeing the way that she actually cares about the customer I feel she should be a branch manager.

I called because i had a question on my account and she didn't even bother taking the time to pull my account up. She was quick to not wanting to reverse my overdraft charge when it was a billing issue. Needless to say i won't be banking with with chase any longer. The experience is always bad. Thanks chase in dyer who did end up assisting me.

I actually bank elsewhere, however I had to make multiple monthly deposits into my ex's bank account. I ran into a magnitude of issues unfortunately, when I attempted to deposit cash into his account. I live in saint John, and it was that branch that refused cash explaining blah blah policy. I was then approached by Armondo Lopez, he professionally explained the best approach for my situation. I opened an account because of him, and he assisted me every month for the past year. If Armondo hadn't approached me when he did, a very different review would had been given.
