We have been going to this vet for over 10 years. This place don't give you solutions thay give you Medication. That's how they make their money.Don't see Dr. Lindsay Rozman She was very rude and a Quack. And there prices keep Skyrocking.

Brought our pooch in to have her eye looked at and it turned out to be a corneal ulcer. Felt taken care of by Dr. Rozman as she made a quick diagnosis, explained the injury, and we left with some medication eye drops and were told to have her re-checked in a week. Settled up with the vet tech and later that evening when I got home, verified the invoice that was waiting in my inbox. Even though I expected to pay a couple hundred bucks and it remained in that range, I was surprised to see what Coyn now calls a ‘consultation fee’. This isn’t a specialty clinic where you would expect to pay a consultation fee. So I don’t know if this is Coyn trying to skip the exam and call it a consultation because in the past, for the same price, they would at least pretend to check your pet out and charge you the same price. Now, it seems you’re getting their infinite wisdom and for a price.Ok fine, I like Dr. Rozman, she’s treated my old pug well. But to come in the following week and be charged ANOTHER consultation fee for an office visit that was less than 5 minutes, was a bridge too far. She did the same stain procedure that was done the week prior and said, see you in a week. The maddening part is that the same stain procedure that was $28 last week, Coyn now doubled the price ($56) and called it a ‘consultation fee’. I guess they thought I was too stupid to do the math. Maybe all the years I brought my animals here, I should have been doing the math. I’ve been let down here before as well as the Crown Point location. The problem is Coyn is the only place my pets know and its location to my house is convenient. But when your Vet shows you where their priorities are, believe them because this place has shown me more than a few times. The ugly part is that when I called and explained to Sam that I wasn’t happy about being charged double for what was done, she declined to refund the difference. So after seven years of loyalty between both Coyn locations, I won’t be returning if the $28 means that much to them. Listen, nobody expects free service and I do value what the doctor tells me but if you’re ordering your customer to bring their pet in several times within a month, to charge them each and every visit a consultation fee seems a little much. Or, if you dressed it up as an exam, I would be happy paying for an exam, but to spend three minutes on a procedure, I expect to only pay for that procedure. Maybe because Coyn is always very busy, they feel they can do this. Maybe this is why they changed from exam fees to what’s now consultation fees but when you bring your pet to a cancer clinic and really know what a consultation fee is, this place isn’t giving you that kind of expertise. And if you’re that needy for a consultation fee, pretend to check their heart or look in their ears. Make the customer feel like they’re getting something after the third consultation fee in as many weeks besides your vast knowledge.

So grateful for this place!!! Dr Ryan is our Vet the majority of the time and he is simply the best. The rest of the staff have been very kind as well. Took my senior cat Ginger in to have her laid to rest yesterday and they treated her and I just like family!! The care and compassion they showed us was like no other. ( I’m sorry I couldn’t remember the Drs name to give her a mention, cause she was amazing as well!! Long day ) Also they are VERY reasonably priced! Love you guys. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies.

Friendly & caring staff. My dog is a difficult "patient". He's always handled carefully and able to receive the treatment he needs. They do a wonderful job.

Normally, I would rate Coyne a 5 star, but this is the second time I've left my dog there and was very disappointed that I didn't get more than one picture of him, on his 3 days of boarding, on Snapchat. I understand that the staff is busy but I saw other dog's pictures on Snapchat more than once.

Long story short- I had a golden whos already been through surgery about 2yrs ago due to him eating a toy.. that bill will take years for me to bounce back on my feet but I’d do it all again because he is alive, but it has caused me extremely anxiety so when I came in on Friday around 6/7:00 I thought I’d have to wait hours to know if my new 8month old puppy ate something. I drove 50 min, parked my car went in and they took my baby Kratos for an X-ray before I even sat down and they were so absolutely kind. I feel like I might mess up their pro noun im not sure but the person who helped me had a cool shaped beard! So kind. I was holding back tears as I gave my info to them. They were very compassionate. In those moments of uncertainty we all need kindness. It was agonizing I thought I’d have to wait hours I only waited 10min tops before I was called in the room. I waited less then 5min and the nurse came in then doc 2 min after that. He’s all good. The second reason I’m writing this review is because of price. Coming from someone who is in now $8000 worth of surgery debt- I was recommended this place because I was told they are clean and very price friendly. When she told me the bill I was pleased. I will forever drive 50 min to them if I ever have to. FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY EXHAUSTED HEART- THANK YOU!

Coyne Vet St. John will always have my highest level of support. I bounced around between Hanover Vet and Lowell vet. One day my baby boy had an emergency and Coyne was open and helped me through it. After that I never left Coyne. Georgey Porgy was so loved. Roxann and Tyler always came around the desk to greet him when we came in. Dr. Jasik always gave me every possible option. He listened well and communicated effectively. I couldn’t recommend Coyne St. John enough. But why? Because of every single staff member. Georgey had a lot of issues and they were always there. I loved that they remembered my name and Georgey’s. I trusted them when it came to my pocket book because they were real about the prices and when I couldn’t afford some things, we figured out other options. Coyne was with us till the very end. I will miss them so much and I know my baby boy made such an impact on them as well. When time comes and we recuse again, I will go back to Coyne St. John without a second thought.

This place deserves 5 stars, staff & vet docs are always loving & compassionate, wich is exactly what I need in this time of need, also I was donated a cat carrier because mine broke while I was there, this place is worth every cent I spend here. I also wanted to let every1 know that my cat had blood work done & passed away 4 days later I called the vet to help explain y my cat died, he not only called only 5 minutes later because he was with a client, but they also sent me a Condolence card, , this place is the most Compassionate and Professional place I have ever been to. Thank you all ♡♡♡

I brought my dog in for arthritis treatment. Everyone was very kind and efficient. Dr. Vandermyde is thorough and collaborative when it came to what my dog needed.Thank you to the entire staff for taking good care of us today!Just a note to reviewers, please stop saying people are only in the industry for money. It’s absurd. Everyone deserves a livable wage and if you feel that your pet deserves a high level of care, those providing the care deserve compensation. Veterinary medicine has some of the highest suicide rates in the country. Be kind.

We took our 2 dogs in for bee stings we did not know that they are not lethal to dogs. Coyne took our dogs back and asked is they could perform services and we did say yes. They did not discuss prices with us and when the bill came it was much much higher than we thought it would be. We discussed our displeasure and they send us a letter stating it would be better for us to find another vet . I agree I will not bring my animal back but I felt this was like slap in the face. The company knew we were unhappy and instead of trying to keep business and a customer happy they had no problem dismissing us.
