The girls love this store. They will spend hours if we let them shopping here. They get a lot foe the buck, lol. Store has always been clean and well organized on our visits.

One person at register, and she left while people were in line waiting to be checked out to Get this to make balloons and the kicker the manager on duty sat and watched while the customers were waiting to be checked out plus there were 3 others stocking shelf's, Cmon dollar tree don't you even give a damn about others who patronize your store to even make fast transactions... That manager was a older man, maybe you should retrain him or get someone with just a little common sense, very unhappy customer

I love my local Dollar Tree. Great selection of crafting items, body care items, and a great selection of cookies (Most importantly) lol
I like to stop at Dollar Tree stores.when traveling, see if I'm missing anything..
This Dollar Tree in St John IN.is well stocked, very organized, and clean. Manager very sweet as well as the other employees.
Their only downfall is checkout. It's a bit slow and usually only 1 checker.
I never get out of there for $1.25 ha

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had during my recent visit to the Dollar Tree store in St John, Indiana. The cashier, Kenne, was extremely rude, not only to me but also to the customer in front of me. Her unkind demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, to the point where I nearly decided to leave my items behind.
After reflecting on my experience, I checked reviews on Yelp and Google, and it seems that many other customers have had similar experiences and mentioned Kenne by name. This recurring behavior is troubling and detrimental to the store's reputation. I find it hard to believe that this is how Dollar Tree wishes to be perceived by its customers.

I was in this St John Indiana location this past Tuesday and was so touched by the way the female employee was training the new employees. She was very patient and kind. Very impressed.

This store has gone downhill. This is my second time being checked out by Kenna and I don’t like her attitude. She has no people skills. She isn’t friendly and looks upset all the time. People like her should not have a job. Also, I’m reporting this to corporate. This shouldn’t be ignored.
