They shot themselves in the foot with this one. Pre ordered a physical game copy and they sold my fiancée a digital copy when she went to pick up for me (not even with the steel book & accessories as they claim it was sold as) I strictly only buy physical media. Now i have a receipt that has an used code and the manager refused to refund me for a purchase that I didn't pre order in the first place. This is the second time this location has tried to get over on me with pre oders. No wonder this company is going out of business. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I went and sold a i phone to st john store. They gave me a 150 dollar gift card that was never activated. I say no more.And then when I called i was told there is nothing they can do. Im going to be calling a attorney.
