I went and sold a i phone to st john store. They gave me a 150 dollar gift card that was never activated. I say no more.And then when I called i was told there is nothing they can do. Im going to be calling a attorney.

Oscar is the best worker, helped me look around for clearance, and is quick and concise with answering questions, this man meets the standard, and this man needs a raise PRONTO.

Was surprised when I went in yesterday to buy a Steam card and was asked what I planned on getting with it. Usually, Gamestop employees are real pushy about signing up for there rewards or trying to get you to pre-order upcoming games. This employee didn't push any of that and instead made small talk with me about what I was interested in buying. Then for good measure he reminded me how many points I had in my account so I could save myself some money next time. I'll be back here for sure next time I need something and I hope more of there employees take a note from this gentleman's approach.

Pre-ordered a special editon steelbook version of a game but when we went to pick it up they'd "run out of steelbooks" which isn't possible if you know how many pre-orders you had. It means an employee took one meant for a pre-order and sold it to someone who didn't have one. Guy was rude about it too, not at all apologetic even though it was their screw up not ours. He told us we could call other stores to check for extras. Not sure why he couldn't do that for us since it's his store's error. Boyfriend used to be a gamestop manager in the area and he said that was a terrible way to handle the situation.

Bought 2 games for my son....only 1 was the right game! Look at your games before you put them into their case. Also 730pm you just stop answering the phone? You close at 8pm not 730pm! Would have been a simple question on what you guys would want me to do but no now I have to drive there tomorrow again just to get the right game! Look at your games before you "think" it's the right game.

This is one of the nicest GameStops I've ever been in! The staff is great and super friendly and knowledgeable. This is my preferred GameStop.
