The good: easy online check in, clean place and friendly staff, even with the few dollar price increase.
The bad: 50/50 shot on getting even a good haircut.
Missed neck trim, bangs and top completely.
Let's see how fast you can get in/out. My most recent visit maybe 5mins.
Future visits, try to remember who does a good job and request, wait if even possible or go somewhere else. I'll be cautious if I go back and just expect a 'quick cut'
Update: Store manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right ! Good to know if you are not pleased or feel things are not correct, they will fix it !

I would HIGHLY recommend this Great Clips for ANY cutting/styling needs! The salon is well kept, keeps a positive energy, has good music, and a great variety of products available that they actually use in your service! I’ve been seeing my stylist, Claire, for YEARS and she has never let me down in a hair cut. She agreed to the bang phase (terrifying, I know), but actually recommended great products to help with styling! She also helped me figure out how to outgrow them into something more manageable for my lifestyle, and I cannot be MORE grateful for her advice! 11/10 salon!

I was put on the “text when it’s your turn” when I arrived at this location at 1:09 PM. It said wait time is about 112 minutes. Waited in my car until 3:30. About 150 minutes. Went in to check how much longer. Was told they won’t be able to get to me. Open til 5:00pm. I said I have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours. In your parking lot. “We won’t get to you. A very uncaring sorry is all I got”. Great Clips will never get another dime from my family. Avoid avoid avoid! Signing up with CostCutters. There are just as many of them as there are Great Clips.

Avoid this place at all costs if you are a guy!!!! I asked for the number one on the sides and for the top to just have the ends cut. This lady did whatever she wanted. She did the number one on the sides, but cut my top to only about a half inch!!! Not what I asked for. It's been about a month and my hair still looks ridiculous!!!!! Pay a little extra cash and go somewhere better. These are hacks that just got of school that will mess you up.....
