Was automatically greeted, put in the queue and was asked if I needed a seat since there seemed to be a rush going on at the time. All the staff this evening were very accommodating. When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. “My experience in the past has been really great, up until today, the 25th of February. Branden has been professional, but the young lady with the small twists/dreads that wears glasses, (I can’t properly pronounce her name, but it starts with an “A” and she’s AM) she needs training in professionalism and learning to handle difficult customers such as myself. Her demeanor was a bit off since the day before, but I bypassed it for the sake of service.
I’ll continue working with Branden, but the young lady I don’t want to do any transactions with her moving forward.”

He did a very fine job servicing my needs in a crisis since I suddenly broke my phone and had an immediate need for my business and personal use.”

“They have a kiosk ???, which makes it easier to make payments and staff can attend other customers. Not a lot of parking but easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back to use their kiosk for payments.”

“I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!”
