Took 15 minutes to cash the check and there was no one at the bank- no wonder why!

Do not recommend. Poor customer service. Have been long time customer and St John Branch is terrible. On line banking has terrible support, nothing but problems with debit card. Switched to Chase.

I wasn't happy with the way I was treated at this branch. Have had better experiences at other locations of this bank. Much better service at the branch close to where I use to live. Definitely worth the drive to go to a different location
