If I could leave negative stats I would. Their policy for cancellation is horrible. If your closed am I to call and cancel? I made appointment on Thursday afternoon for Friday morning. You don’t open till my appointment time. How am I suppose to call. Then you want to charge me a fee. If I made the appointment a week prior then cancel last minute then that is different. Not to mention your first time visit they charge more. Then, if you’re a regular client. My experience w the stylist was horrible as well. I won’t get into that. But I left with my scalp burnt and uneven hair tone. Not happy at all.

I love this salon and feel special when I arrive. I am greeted with a smile, a beverage of choice and a cape. The atmosphere is light and lively. Gwen does an amazing job with my highlights and haircuts. She cuts my hair the way it looks best on me. I highly recommend this salon. I don't think it's anymore expensive than any other quality salon.
