I went in for help getting a new SIM card and Ryan was SO incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! He answered all questions with kindness and helpfulness and made the process super quick and explained what plan would be best and most financially beneficial for me. He is just great!

The customer service from Zion left much to be desired. I was switching from AT&T to T-mobile. I had inserted the SIM card T-mobile sent me. The phone wasn't working. I went to the store for some customer service to get the phone working. Zion made it out to be my fault the phone wasn't working, and he told me I should have called customer service. I went there for some customer service and got a bunch of patronizing talk. I put the AT&T SIM card back in my phone, and I'll leave it that way for now.

Beware if you are dealing with the mobile truck at festivals or fairs they will promise you everything and deliver on norhing. It cost me $2000 believing i would get the deal offered only to find it doesn't exist. I truly regret changing service providers.

I came in because I had to replace my lost iPhone. Ryan and Derrick were both incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that all apps, contacts, and photos synced properly to my new phone during the activation. Not only that, they were very kind the entire time. Its a relief to find people who are both great at their job, and nice to be around. Needless to say I had a great experience there, and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went here to add my mother's phone because she bought a new one....(she is 80)I went in and this guy short with a beard that was the manager helped me.....he wasn't very friendly and was real matter of fact....He did the transfer but was real short with me and I had a few questions and I was not rude to him at all but his whole demeanor was just horrible...I am a manager of s business and work with the public and I would never be so arrogant to people....I had a question for him before leaving and he just said it will take a while to complete downloading ....I sat there 20 minutes while the phone did it's thing meanwhile 3 girls walk in and his whole demeanor was different with them...go figure ?...I didn't realize I wasn't thst important of a customer even though I have 6 lines on this account.....I see why I always see new workers in this store all the time.....

Went in for information on phones and phone plans. The young man answered all my questions, and I asked a lot. (Tall, blonde hair man) I should have gotten his name. Because of his presentation and knowledge, I will be coming back soon to become a T Moble customer. I currently have Xfinity mobile and can't wait to switch.

Wife bought new phone which is a big deal for her. She told kid she didn’t want iPhone as she has always had android. kid talked her in to a google pixel which is set up like iPhone. He Said moving her data from her old phone to new home would be super easy.after and hour in the store with failed attempts we left. Went to highland T-Mobile. Within 5 minutes they have everything transferred over and showed my wife the phone they would of recommended which my wife liked a lot more and it was same price. I would recommend staying away from the St. John store. The Highland store is a authorized T-Mobile store and way more helpful and knowledgeable. Won’t go back to St. John location even though it’s a half hour closer. The 1/2 hr drive is worth the service difference by far. So we returned to store and Ryan was very helpful and tried to ease everything out. We are still very unhappy with Zach and will not return to store if he is there. He made a comment to my wife at the beginning say I could sell you anything. Pretty easy to sell things when you lie and tell customer what they want to hear which turns out to be all wrong. Nothing that came out of Zach’s mouth was correct.

Just left tmobile in st john. What a great experience!!! Alondra helped me figure out what I needed and why . She showed comps between phones and explained everything!!! This is now my go to store. I'm a long time customer of tmobile and glad of it. Alondra was so sweet!
