Terrible car buying experience if I could leave no stars I would! Me and my husband purchased a Durango back in January. The car has broken down a total of 4 times since then all electrical issues! The first three times, Tim at the dealership agreed to have it towed in and “fixed” for us. But if we’re being real and honest here (unlike them)he sent it to his guys shop for them to reset the system and give it back to us each time claiming they said they fixed the problem! The last time my car went back to his buddies shop they swore up and down they found the problem and fixed the issue, I asked the mechanic at the desk that is he sure because I’m driving this car and do not want it breaking down on me while driving! He assured me all is well all is fixed and would send me a detailed sheet of all the repairs they made! Failed to produce any kind of paper work. 2 weeks go by I’m cruising down 80/94 and lo and behold the cars electrical system breaks down on me on the expressway! And tim refuses to respond! What a lousy company! I understand AS IS but I bought a vehicle that was listed to be a great investment and a safe reliable car! Not a yard ornament that costed $21,000!! THANKS AGAIN TRIPLE M YOU ARE A SCAM ARTIST! WAY TO GO TAKING FROM THE LITTLE GUY AND LINING YOUR POCKETS FULL! As if in this day and age people have $440 to waste a month on a car that doesn’t work!!!Putting your customers in unsafe inoperable vehicles! Don’t waste your money or time shopping here or you could end up like me stuck with a POS SUV! DONT STOP HERE FOR A PURCHASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!! you should be ashamed of yourselves triple m !

Do not I repeat Do not buy no car from here they sold me a lemon I paid cash for my car took it home 2 weeks later the motor went out. I’m out a car and 8k Worst mistake ever this place should not be selling cars! Car was purchased in October along with their warranty. And they wanted to only pay 1000k on the new engine this place sucks!!!

As a Veteran it's always nice to hear thx for ur service, it really is. It has an entirely different meaning however when a small business thanks you with their pocketbook. Used car dealers generally get a bad rap but my trade in experience at Triple M today was easily the kindest and most transparent car exchange I've experienced in my 56 yrs. I look forward to putting both my kids in Triple M cars and hope this kind review results in increased business to a local shop that helped this Veteran out. Thx guys!!

I read reviews was a little hesitant but understand the car world (especially the used car market) went to the lot to look for a gas efficient work daily car n the workers were nice let me browse without n pushy salesman vibes n of course let me test drive my car of choice( which I recommend) ..they were honest n guided me through my whole buying experience..truly happy with my Chevy Cruze n do my own maintenance on my vehicles n have yet to have a major repair ..I recommend them to anyone buying in the used car market n just be a little open minded when purchasing …test drive n not every used car is rebuilt back to brand new so if you bought a lemon then you just suck at buying cars and took the lazy route ..they’re used cars these guys fix them according to budget n it’s value and they don’t drive these cars daily off the lot they just got done trying to fix all the problems the previous owner rigged and messed up bottom line that’s why they say do your research like I did and what do you know I had a great experience and happy with my car even if I have to dump some cash into it every once in awhile …5 stars!!!

Beware on what you are buying here. I looked at multiple vehicles and each one had a problem with them during the test drive. The owner acted surprised and unaware of these issues. The vehicles I looked at belong at auctions not on a dealers lot. People are expecting a reliable car not top dollar junk.

Repeat customer here x3! Purchased the youngest kid his new truck last week from them. They have watched all of our kids drive off their lot and we have never had any issues. They never pressure you and have always been honest. I highly recommend ?
