Staff interacted more than the Doc, but hey I’m an introvert I can fully understand not being a people person that’s the point of having others around that are! I get it!! Read some reviews I won’t lie I didn’t know I was being charged for certain things like fecal exam or biomedical waste disposal found out after I read the paperwork. I apologized to my dog because I didn’t know they were gonna stick that up his butt. Never spent $300+ at the vet before for all of his shots, but it’s a first for everything. Going forward when I go to vets I’m not pulling up in a big semi truck gonna walk or Uber! They were all kind to my little buddy though he got his round of shots I think I was taken by surprise with the not using something to look inside of his ears , but eye’n it out which you can’t really see deep in the ear without one of those “whatever they’re called “ My little buddy had a huge sore right below his neck that wasn’t fairly examined like I thought it would be so I made a trip to another doc to understand the issue. I needed a vet visit and got one so I can’t complain much + he got his shots updated with no problem and they sell candles so that’s a plus. Still seeking the perfect fit for my little pal though!”

They gave us time to say our good-byes. Dr. Collard just made everything calm & peaceful.On a happier note, Dr. Collard was amazing on Simon's journey with diabetes. She explains why tests certain needed to be ran. She gave suggestions on how to help Simon with his diabetes. She never forced or tried to sell anything not needed. She really does love all her pets.Last, she's a Purdue grad! Boiler up! On a serious note, one of the best vet programs around!Thank you, for everything!”

“I have been going to Dr. Farrell since 2020 and she is such a knowledgeable, warm, down to earth vet who treats my kitties like her own. I had an issue with one of my cats and called around 11:00 to make an appointment. They were able to get me in the same day at 2:30. I just wanted to say how happy I was to have Kim & Dr. Tori’s help- they are both wonderful & really put my anxiety at ease by answering all my questions. They made sure that my cat was comfortable through the whole process (churus included), thoroughly examined him, and made sure he received the medical care he needed. Abby also helped get a tough blood draw very quickly without him even noticing (huge for him!). They treated him like he was their own and I can’t ask for more than that. I met with the front receptionists who were very knowledgeable and professionally friendly! I was brought into the exam room with a Veterinarian Assistant who was very informative. Dr. Dianna came in and did the exam on my two unruly dogs and after a period of time with them she had them both calm and did a very through exam. She was a sweet heart with my two and very patient with them, kind, considerate and very professional! She is a very great lady who loves animals! I highly recommend seeing her!”

This vet office is very welcoming and make me and the dogs feel like family. “This was my third pet store stop while looking for Stella and chewy kitten food which I found strange that the other two pet stores in Oak Creek didn't carry. I asked one store why they didn't stock it and I was told that it's a cooperate store and SC is a local company made right in Oak Creek so the can't offer it, makes no sense to me when it's made blocks away. I could not find SC kitten food so I asked the young woman where it is, it's in a side isle display out side of the cat food area but she took me to it. I'm glad I finally found a store that had what I needed”
