Consistently, have problems with this pharmacy. Literally, I've been with Walgreens my entire life and this the worst Walgreens of them all !!!! File a complaint at Indiana.gov

This pharmacy is horrible on keeping monthly prescriptions on hand. They send the text it is ready and I call to confirm and then I go there and it’s not and they do not know when they will have it in stock! I am moving to CVS. Very aggravating since I need this script on a on monthly basis.

Noooooooooooooooo good ever. Literally will wait on the phone for 40 minutes and when you do get an answer they are unprofessional.

Kind workers. Helped me find what I needed. Super nice workers at the drive-up window, most of the time.

I have used the Walgreen's in St. John, Indiana at 93rd and Wicker since the 1980's and always had wonderful experiences. Over the last two years the service quality has significantly dropped. Prescription wait times are frequently lengthened beyond the promised time, the staff working the pharmacy are mostly abrupt, rude and argue back at patrons, forgetting that we are also humans who are ill and need our meds from a reliable and friendly source. One pharmacist is extremely helpful, friendly and kind but he cannot work every hour they are open. Recommendation: find another pharmacist - Osco, CVS, Target, Walmart, even another Walgreens. If people report discourteous and unprofessional behavior enough maybe they will change the staff who need to go!

I was very disappointed with the pharmacy's response to a prescription sent to them by my doctor. They only had 15 pills for me on Tuesday and said that they would have the remainder on Wednesday. When I went to get the remainder on Wednesday, I was told that it would be August 20th before they would get the next shipment. I called the pharmacist when I got home. He told me that I wasn't the only person that this has happened to. He was very condescending to me and assured me that I would have my prescription soon. Here it is 4 days later and I haven't been notified of anything. Luckily, my doctor sent the prescription to the Cvs in Schereville and they filled it immediately. To add insult to injury,Walgreen's was going to charge me $2.00 more with my insurance.Cvs charged less even without my insurance. This isn't the 1st time that Walgreens has run out of medication. Last year they weren't able to get a hypertension prescription that I was on for years. That problem went on for months.
