“I have an issue with PNC online banking system and have a complaint against it. But this review is regarding this branch office with the great support I received from Debbie (a teller) and Caleb (branch manager). Caleb looked at my case and did everything he could to help push my case forward. This is customer service the way it should be and can't say enough about this branch in Salem, IN. As for how PNC, the corporation is handling my case is ridiculous and they have tied up $3800.00 dollars of my money for now 6 months with no resolution on when they will return it, even though it was a system error with their 3rd party unit.”
