I have never had a 12 minute pedicure until today!
My husband got me a gift certificate for our anniversary, and I really was looking forward to some foot pampering. Definitely didn’t get it there! What a joke! I felt so bummed out when I left! My tie nails are rough around edges, and no TLC. I swear, 12 minutes and I was done!

We love star nail! They are the best! Can’t beat the prices! My nails and toes always look great! Can always get me in and out for our busy schedules. My girls love them. Color selections are amazing. My favorite part about the whole experience is the hot rocks and towels! The owners are so nice and friendly. My nails have chipped before, but all I have to do is call and they fix them no problem at all. People aren’t perfect, things happen. Just because you chip a nail doesn’t mean they are horrible at their jobs. Things happen, don’t write a bad review because your nail chipped. 5/5 recommend star nail. I drive all the way from Bedford to get my nails done here!

Absolutely would not recommend this nail salon. My friend and I came to star nail for full sets. We showed a photo of almond ombré nails we wanted and the man immediately told us they couldn’t do any ombré nails there and that if they could it would be $90 just for that. There is only a husband and wife that works the salon and they swap clients constantly the man will start and she will come and finish while he starts another client. My friend and I asked for almond shaped nails and walked out with crooked eagle talons. GO TO PRO NAIL ON THE SQUARE

One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had!! It looks like my 7 year old nephew did my nails!! I wish I would’ve checked the review first before going. Very rushed and the sloppiest paint job ever.

gave me absolutely nothing i asked for..wanted something shear and instead gave me something with glitter and rushed the nail art. it looks like something i could’ve done myself. horrible.

Pedicure was rushed (less than 30 mins for gel, a good pedicure should last an hour or more), paint was not applied evenly and nails were filed roughly. They also cut my nails so short they hurt for two days after. There are only two people working in there and they were not honoring appointments. People were just getting up and leaving because they don’t have enough people to provide nail services worth waiting for. Take your money somewhere else.

When i tell you that this shop is the worst freaking nail salon ive ever been to i genuinely mean it. I was just going because i was in salem with my bestie and we were gonna get our nails done and i live bedford where i get my nails done at right so im not used to salem so i didnt know where to go i my friend never got her nails done before so i thought this would be a good experience for her but oh how i was wrong. Yall know the good smell of a nail salon well this place smelt nasty and gross they did a absolute horrible job on our nails made them chunky and rushed it so fast they fell off in a week and they were chipping horribly i paid $70 and they were so ugly i am in disbelief they didnt even drill our nails. I want a refund but it was in a gift card They also hurt me when they were trying to take off my old set and they also Put New acrylics on top of my old acrylics because they couldn’t get it off and I kept telling them to get it off and they wouldn’t also the nail techs were very disrespectful

Would not recommend. Nails took 20 minutes, but did not receive the results I expected. Wanted an almond shaped French tip and unfortunately got this! 😫 Please go somewhere else!

This nail place needs to do better!! I went in today for a Manicure, Red Flag should have been that no one was in the parking lot and now I understand why.
The lady was so rude, rough and in a hurry to get done that my manicure took 20 mins start to finish, my nails are uneven and polish on my skin.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!
I would give this a No star rating but its making me give at least a 1 star

Star Nails is the only nail salon I used. I once went to another place In town and it was horrific! Me and my friend both got hurt.. my toe nail was bleeding! Ouch 😳 I've been a customer at star nails for 9 years now!! And they are really good people too.

Hands down one of the best places i’ve gotten my nails done! The new shop is the cutest! I got gel polish with cat eye and was only $25!
