Rented with them from 2021 to 2025. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The office keeps you in the loop via email so you know exactly what’s going on with the facility which is great. Whenever there has been any issues at the facility or anything going on, we were informed immediately. Office staff is very friendly and very timely with requests. If I could rent here forever, I would, but sadly my time has come to an end. 10/10 would recommend.

Ditto to the person who said they are the nicest people to work with. Pleasant in person and over the phone. Don’t do storage too often but this is the place!

Used one of their self storage units for a little over a year. Unit I had was a bit dated but overall was very satisfied. Was able to initiate the rental online quickly and easily. When it was time to end the rental, it took a single phone call and everything was taken care of. Deposit was refunded the same day.

We were very pleased with our experience at U-Lock. The staff was friendly. The facility is clean and easy to access. We would highly recommend U-Lock.

I have been with 41-U Lock for 2 years now and I have to say, their pristine units and customer service is nothing but impeccable.Linda and the team sure do a great job keeping the facility up and running. They also have spaces that will meet any situation for storage. Win win!

Needed a local storage facility in preparation for a move 18 months ago. The folks at 41 U-Lock were great to work with from the beginning. Very good at proactively communicating different things happening at their facility (holiday hours, painting, ...). The whole experience was painless from the beginning. I appreciate dealing with responsive and professional people.

Never had a problem here. Was there 5 years. Given my forgetfulness, I was late paying nearly every month. But they did send reminders and that was entirely my fault not being on time. Very easy to deal with and real people at the desk. I'm happy to not have to need them anymore, but I would go back should the need arise.

I had a storage unit for 2 years at this location. I started big and condensed down 2 times from the starter unit. Linda and the office staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Linda was very responsive when I needed to move units. I would defiantly recommend 41 U lock for your storage needs.
