The staff here is great, very attentive and such a clean atmosphere. Took all the time I needed. Tiffany and Ruby were fantastic in helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I will be back.

The morning was kinda crazy for me,but when I arrived at America's Best the ladies and including the eye doctor made me laugh and change my entire mood. I watched and listened how well they got along as a team and they really sounded like family. When I was leaving each person close to the front and even the first desk all told me good bye and that's when I let them know I truly appreciate good customer service! It really hard to find nowadays.

A man there by the name of Leah does not like to be efficient in business. It should not be that difficult or time consuming to quickly check to see if my glasses are in. When I called, he blew me off and never came back to the phone and then when I called again he answered right away so clearly he's able to answer the telephone but he's too busy to check to see if my glasses are in. So then he requested for me to call him back in 15 to 30 minutes to try again. It shouldn't take three phone calls to get an employee to check on my glasses. I think some new employees are needed who are willing to help the customers rather than blow them off and make things a game of cat and mouse.

2 terrible experiences!I'm writing this review in hopes that Rhonda gives the next person better customer service!My appointment was today at 12:40pm and I arrived at 12:45pm. I take full responsibility that I was 5 minutes late and I would've happily rescheduled.Upon my arrival the receptionist Beverlyn immediately looked at Rhonda and asked her if she should proceed with my appointment. Rhonda starts taking deep breaths and acting as if I committed a crime by being 5 minutes late. Rhonda proceeds to tell me that the doctor has to go on lunch and my late arrival would throw his lunch schedule off!I definitely understand the importance of lunch but come on! Its wasn't what she said it was how she said it! Rude! Not to mention the doctor was still seeing someone as we're having this discussion.I no longer felt welcomed in this establishment.My question is "Why schedule an appointment so close to the lunch break that a customer can't even have a 5 minute grace period? Why not offer to reschedule? There are so many retail stores in the area. I could've came back after his lunch break but they didn't bother to offer anything but a bad attitude!My husband brought my daughter here a month ago to have her glasses tightened. He was ready to walk out immediately! Rhonda made him feel like he inconvenienced her by just walking in! My question is why are you here? If customer service isn't your strong suit, why work in customer service?Rhonda I hope you get it together!

Dr. Smith and his whole staff were excellent today. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. My insurance was accepted there and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, hospitality and niceness of the whole staff.

They called and said glasses were ready.Got there they gave glasses to me that were nothing like I ordered and script.Than they said owe her glasses are over here.They had the right color teal but they were not the frames I picked out the bifocal line was off because they were not the proper fitted frames than the first assistant that told me to take pictures on the frames the very first day kept challenging me saying it's the frames I picked out than more associates joined in trying to pressure me to leave with the pair!And at this very moment I called a week later to see if correct pair was ready and she informed me she hasn't checked box and it 2pm.so I guess I have to wait and yes .I would b more than happy to speak to corporate.And the the lower rated reviews are correct.Its sad how people don't want to or care to do their job.The new doctor that performed my eye exam was really amazing.The staff is great once they get the money than good luck getting what you purchase!
