Do not purchase AT & T Internet Air from this AT & T store. The Sales People at the store do not understand AT & T internet Air and how it works and how much it costs.

Female employee could not figure hiw to transfer contacts over. Waste of time and she didn't even ask others to help her. Sad that being a customer, I had to keep trying other avenues to transfer contacts. This place should be closed because the knowledge is not there and quite frankly, they don't care about customers. I regret stopping in for urgent help. Work contacts were crucial that day!

“Q” the saleswoman at the Schererville, IN store was very knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to what products I needed. In the 10+ yrs I've been an AT&T cellular customer, this interaction and purchase was the most satisfying! Keep up with the quality of products and the quality of customer service will follow.

Nick was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us into a new plan and was able to help us with all our upgrades. He made sure that we were able to get all of our stuff transferred over and that we were happy. If you are looking to upgrade your service come to this location and ask for Nick.

I think the guy that helped his name was nick he was extremely cool and helpful. He helped me get everything i needed in a calm very respectful way. He really deserves a promotion like really. I think his name was nick but if it wasn’t he was an african american with a tattoo on his right arm.

The workers there are amazing. Saved me from a burning building and adopted 30 orphans that were homeless.

Q and Isaiah are nice, they helped us pick out and order our new S23Ultras, but did not inform us correctly on the cost of the bundle of our phones plus Direct TV streaming. We were told to request that the fees for installation of the new faster internet be credited and when my husband called Direct TV to schedule the installation, they told him that no one at the store should have promised that because they never credit installation. Next they allegedly scheduled the installation on Feb. 25, the installer never showed. Direct TV said the store never made that appt. The installer came out last Tuesday the 7th, disconnected our cable (dish) and installed the new lines for higher speed, left without testing the lines because AT&T had an area outage. Currently I am waiting for another technician to show up now but they are running late. No internet for over a week and my husband has classes he needs to catch up on.

Went into this store about my bill that was set up at another store because I couldn’t make it to the one by my daughters house and Q did nothing but talk bad about the store and employees that started my service! I wanted to add 2 more lines after the questions about my bill but was told there’s nothing she can do because service wasn’t set up at her store so since she couldn’t answer a couple questions about a service she didn’t set up and pretty much turned me away then I made the trip 27 minutes to the original store and gave them my business. Never will go here again will make the drive to another store.

I understand if you need to close for lunch but how about letting people know when you will return. I mean you are able to write be back soon but does that mean tomorrow. Waited for 30min and watch 8 people try to get in. Ridiculous. Poor customer service.

Q and Isaiah are both phenomenal employees and an amazing representation of the AT&T brand. I think they both deserve a raise. They’re both very knowledgeable and really know how to leave an amazing customer service experience. I will always keep coming back to this store.

It’s it hard to find great customer service these days but we found it at the Schererville AT&T store. We were greeted by Q and her staff and they immediately took care of us. We had a fairly complicated request for the devices we wanted and Q was able to fulfill our needs and even found us better pricing than we expected. We even received a little training on our new phones. If we had to find something to be critical about it’s the store needs better WI-FI….let’s get with it AT&T!! Well done Q…compliments to you and your team.
