I walked in the store today and there’s only 1 person working. No problem I can wait. However, I have a problem when the rep acknowledged and spoke to everyone but me. He even assisted a gentleman who walked in after me. I came in to transfer service from one carrier to AT&T and now I will stay with my current service provider due to the lack of respect and service I experienced at this location.

I wish I could leave a review higher than 5 stars! I came in today to purchase a new phone and the young man named Sir was extremely helpful! He answered every question I could think of and overall made the experience of swapping out for a new phone very painless. I highly recommend this store and asking for Sir if he is working.

I visited this store to purchase a phone and I must say that the customer service at this location is impeccable, mainly because of the persistence of a sales guy named Max to go above and beyond every time I visited. From the time you enter the store Max as well as the other guys greet you with good energy. They’re all cool guys, Max however takes it to another level with his customer service and attentiveness. I asked for an error to be corrected he fixed that issue and then gave me my phone and proceeded to transfer all my data. In the midst of doing that he informed me of several things that I was unaware of regarding services and also educated me on quite a few things regarding the services and different phones, etc all while still staying cheerful and giving advise. There was not one second where I felt rushed or pressured even though the transferring of my data was taking a long time he made sure everything was going ok with that transfer all the way through till the end. If I had a question that he wasn’t quite sure about or he just wanted to make sure he wasn’t giving mis information he would ask his manager and not once did he just tell me anything or flat out lie like so many others will do and have done in these cell phone stores. Basically in a time when making sure the customer is happy is no longer a priority with so many businesses, it’s obvious Max understands customer service and makes sure by any means necessary that he provides it. Again honestly since before the pandemic customer service and the need to provide the service people pay for is lacking seriously ,but not with Max and these guys at this location. At&t should be giving Super Max a raise or a super bonus because he deserves it for sure.

Delt with a gentleman by the name of Trae W. His knowledge regarding the cell phone is outstanding. He's a credit to AT&T, a pleasure to work with.

Trey, the store manager, was most helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable transferring my data from my old device onto my new one. Every question I asked, he had the answer. He helped with a problem I experienced with at&t customer service and solved it within minutes. He set up my phone in its entirety. I most and very highly recommend coming to this store with any and all at&t needs. In fact, I will now only come here so long as he is there.

I came into the store and Kaylon assisted with phone I bought prior at this location he was very professional and helpful with a great big smile. He help me reconnected my Bluetooth with my vehicle with ease. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH KAYLON ONE OF THE BEST MANAGERS IVE MET AT ATT

Had the pleasure of having Max help my brother and I today as he was the only one that seemed to be on shift. Not a problem as he was the quickest and coolest interaction/help I’ve had in any AT&. Not to mention with the few customers already in front of me, everyone had a great , timely manner , stress free interaction.

Sat Aug 5th my husband spoke with Kay about transferring over from our current provider to AT&T and trading in our phones. Kay went above and beyond and drove to another store to get the phone my husband wanted for him. We get to the Highland location and there’s 3 guys working. We were welcomed immediately by one of them (Brandon). From that point on the service and experience was exceptional! We were there for 4 hours due to transferring 4 phones and 2 watches. These 3 guys were funny, helpful and very knowledgeable at their jobs. Kay, Brandon and Max you guys are fantastic and made the time seem to fly by. We were so impressed by them l, that in the rain I went and got them mini bundt cakes as a thank you from my husband and I. They engaged with our son and daughter while we were there as well. Thank you so much guys.. it truly was the best experience we’ve ever had .. we hope we made your day like you made ours!!! The Reeks Family

I walked in and got what I needed they took their time with me because I am new to AT&T and just transferred all my phone lines from another carrier. Kay Max and Brandon were awesome sales reps and made us all meaning my whole family feel comfortable even though we were there a long time getting everything switched over.

My husband and I just left the AT&T store in Highland Indiana. We needed to purchase two cell phones using your top rated service. Your employee Kay did an outstanding job helping us out with all of our needs. He was very knowledgeable very patient and very courteous . See ya later Boost… hello ATT! Shout out Dave and Zach for helping transfer two lines. Took about 20min for keeping our same numbers and devices. Both were very knowledgeable and made the transition seamless. Also both were very easy to talk to… very personable employees. Even shared a few laughs during the service. 10/10 would recommend this location!PLEASE NOTE! ***For anyone in medical field, ATT is the only carrier I found that would honor a medical license. If this is you, inquire about first net when you come in. Thank you to everyone today!

Came in today with some questions about why me and another Apple Watch's cellular wasn't working and David came in and helped out a ton! Took a minute to figure out what the problem was but David kept working at it until he solved it! Phenomenal service & employee!Any questions about my phone/watch in the future, I will be returning to this AT&T store asking for him!
